LAKEFRONT & PRIVATE DOCK. This peaceful lake home is located in a calm bay minutes away from Breezy Point Resort with breathtaking sunrises and starry breezy nights. Warmer weather brings bonfires and pontoon cruises…winter snowfall gives every snowmobiler endless possibilities of the up north Minnesota trails. Being right on the shore of Pelican Lake will allow you to take a boat or icehouse out to fish, water ski, wakeboard/surf, cross-country ski, and even snowshoe across the lake.

With two bedrooms, and a four-season porch with a sleeper sofa (and doors to close it off), there is plenty of privacy for couples or families. Sleeps up to 8 guests. 1-queen bed, 1-full bed, a 1-twin bed, 1-pull out full sleeper sofa, and 1-pull out queen sleeper sofa. If preferred, a queen air mattress is also available for guests.

The cabin is comfortably furnished with updated appliances, including dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A flat screen TV, cable, and wireless, high-speed internet will keep you in the loop with the every-day.

Due to the STR licensing regulations for the city location (Breezy Point, MN), the Four Season Porch is listed as the third bedroom. This allows the cabin to sleep up to 10 ppl. We list the property to sleep only 8, due to only having one bathroom/comfort-wise.
**There is an extra charge of $25 per person per night, after 6 ppl
***The wood-burning fireplace is not operational at this time.

Golf Trip

Nice place over all. The light did not work in one of the bedrooms, garbage disposal didn’t work, there were only 4 pieces of firewood left for us. The private dock is less than to be desired. It’s in a swamp. Place was very clean and roomy.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is very cozy, it was clean, the property was beautiful. Not a far drive from Nisswa which was very nice! Jamie was very easy to communicate with. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Cabin

We had a wonderful time on our vacation, this cabin was exactly as described and worked great for our family, just a mile from Breezy Point Resort. Very clean, lots of pans, pots and kitchen utensils, as well as a few containers to use which was helpful. The bathroom was well stocked with many towels and a washer dryer which we also appreciated. We loved having the dock right outside the back and saw lots of fish, beavers and even a baby deer. Communication with owners has also been great, will stay here again!

Family Vacation

The cabin was exactly as described. At check in, it was clean, bright and comfortable. Check in was a breeze, as was check out. Kitchen and linen closets were well supplied. My kids enjoyed the streaming service options on the TV whwn we needed aome down time. If ever in the area again, I would definitely stay.

Comfort!

It was as advertised, and comfortable. Beds were good. We were surprised to find that we didn’t need to supply towels! There were some unexpected extras available, such as a bag of ice, and a spare gas tank for the grill. We would have liked the lights a little brighter in the kitchen, but it’s a very minor point.Well appreciated.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Cabin is very clean and cozy. The private dock was very nice to tie our boat up to and we liked sitting on the benches listening to all of the wildlife around us. Highly recommend.

Cute, Cozy, Great Location

Went up and stayed for the weekend for a bach party. The property was perfect. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable! It is in a great location...good restaurants, shops, hiking nearby. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Peaceful and refreshing

I could live on that dock, sitting in the rocking chair bench, with the cool breeze, sun out and soaking in creation! The cabin interior was very clean and pleasing. Near lots of things to do. The Host was very attentive and always responded in a timely fashion. Great stay!

Lovely little cabin near Breezy

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is cozy, great for entertaining, and close to golf and other local attractions. The 4 season porch is the perfect place for morning coffee. And dock is perfect for an evening glass of wine.

Very Nice

The cabin was very clean and updated. All aspects of the house worked well. The pull out couch in the sun room addition was quite comfortable. Communication was great. The dock area is quite weedy so no swimming off the dock but was still able to get our 19’ boat into the dock through the path in the lily pads. Worked very well for a nice bonfire. Would stay again

Our Family's Experience

Overall, the home was on a beautiful lake. Our kids loved fishing for small fish off the dock and playing in the little bit of sand at the shore line. There was enough space in the cabin that your family of five did not feel cramped. However, the cleanliness did not meet our families needs and expectations. We picked this home because the description said NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed. There was a container for cigarette butts outside the front door which would indicate that people are allowed to smoke, just not inside. This might not be a big deal for many people, but for some with asthma it still was an issue we struggled with during our stay. In addition, my husband's and child's allergies we out of control when we were in the home. We tired to clean and noticed that the underside of the couch cushions (and inside the couch) had not been cleaned in some time. There was pet hair (dog or cat) all over them. Again. This was not what the description indicated, and might not be a deal to people with out allergies, but it was not as advertised. I debated writing this review because all the others are so positive, but for other families with several allergies and asthma, I think this is important to know before booking. We ended up going home early because my husband did not feel well the entire time we were there.

Enjoyable stay.

Overall very nice place to stay. We would return for sure. Only negative feedback is the cabin is on a somewhat busy road and we trailed a boat up to the cabin and not the easiest to get into. It was also very easy to book and communicate with the owners.

We had a wonderful time!

Our group of friends stayed at this cabin. The cabin was more than expected and very clean. We spent a lot of time on Pelican Lake and had a great time. We hope to do this again next year.

Relaxing Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our 4 person family, but could easily suit 6 people. It was cute and clean and had everything you would need. The dock and yard were very relaxing. We had so much fun in the surrounding areas as well (Nisswa, Baxter, Pequot Lakes). Pelican lake was large and very clean. It was a great time for all!

Cute cabin!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed for a long weekend to enjoy the lake and area. Our adult son brought his fishing boat and kept it at the dock all weekend which worked out great. The cabin was very clean and decorated very cute! The pictures on the VRBO site matched the cabin. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals.The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the thermostat which she quickly resolved. The only thing I would recommend is a ceiling fan or box fan for the bedroom with the 2 beds. The other bedroom, living room and four season porch all have ceiling fans, so kept things cool. As mentioned in other reviews, the cabin is on a busier road, but that certainly wouldn't deter me from renting again. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Quiet place on the lake

The property is great. A few things to note: bring your own pillow and a fan (both are personal preference so not a reflection on the property). There is just a Kuerig which might be noted and I missed just come prepared (though thankfully there were some pods at the cabin). Also it’s very shallow at the dock and randomly throughout the lake, we had done our research and knew this but found it more difficult than we expected. The beaver family next to the dock were fun to watch!

Not to be bias, but this little cabin could not be in a more perfect spot!
