UPDATE: We are planning on doing construction on a portion of the land on a terrace below the home in spring-Fall 2023. This should not affect any of the interior or exterior amenities of the property, or the views. However, there could be construction personnel and normal construction noise during the day times on these dates. Please reach out for more questions before booking if this is a concern. The area of construction would be about 100ft away from any interior part of the unit, so it would be like your neighbor doing construction.

Private 1200 sq ft 2 bed, 2 bath bottom floor of an amazing 2 story villa, secluded on 1 acre of land in the hills of San Marcos in North San Diego County. Amazing views with a private lit and heated patio, 2 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, whirpool tub, kitchenette with full sized fridge, dishwasher, sink, range-hood oven and stove top, appliances, and laundry room with new washer and dryer. Pool access available to renters, included at no additional charge! Pool is heated by solar, best between April - November. Spa can be heated year round with ipad controls. We ask for $40/day for spa heating charges. Location is 1/4 mile from a vineyard, with easy access to major San Diego highways and coastal regions. Approx 20 minute drive to Carlsbad beaches. Approx 40 minutes from SD airport. Approx 40 minutes to Orange County. Approx 25 minutes to Temecula. Hosts (married couple with young child) live upstairs in completely separate unit. No shared living spaces.

Best place to stay with great view and location

The property is well equipped and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning of our stay. We loved a private patio and SPA with great view. There are many things to do around the place within 30min by car, San Diego Safari Park, Oceanside beach, Carlsbad Premium Outlet and a lot of breweries. You may feel a kitchen and table are king of small, however we were enjoying our dinner with full size table of the patio with BBQ grill. Additionally, the owner, Brad was supportive and very kind. We truly enjoyed our 6 nights stay here!

Beautiful and peaceful place

Fully stocked home. Very comfortable. Awesome views every morning when we sat at table to eat. Very comfortable bed. Huge walk-in short with rainfall feature

We were in town for a few days preparing for relocation. The home is in a great location, well taken care of, great views and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

World Class View!

This is a truly unique property! We like to stay in unique properties when we travel, and this house has it all. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, we loved everything from the welcome basket to the beautiful, outdoor patio, pool and spa area. The kitchen was well stocked, the sheets were comfortable, and there’s nothing like sipping your morning coffee while enjoying a breathtaking view. Every little detail was by design. You can tell that the host really care about their property and the guest experience. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

My wife and I purchased this home in 2018 and sub-divided it to make a luxury short-term rental for vacationers or temporary month to month renters. We have a 1 year old son at day care during the week, and well behaved otherwise. Our room is additionally not above any of the living area of the downstairs rental unit. We are very easy going and strive to make a fantastic vacation experience for our renters. We have multiple 5 star reviews on several platforms, and almost all of our renters are return clients. We really hope you consider our property, and we will make it worth your while!
