Things to know:
This property strictly enforces a no-dogs/no exceptions policy. If any dogs are found on the premises, the guest will be charged for additional cleaning, forfeit their security deposit, and be required to move out immediately. The guest can choose to move to a dog-friendly cabin at that time at their own expense. Vacasa offers many dog-friendly properties. If you plan to bring them along, please let us know in advance and we will provide you with some options.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one surveillance camera aimed at the front door that does not record sound. It is motion activated, so it records only when movement is detected.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
