Napili Shores Unit A106 is a beautifully renovated, ground floor, studio unit with an OCEANVIEW! As the very first unit in the building, the condo feels spacious and bright. There is only the beautiful lawn between the condo and the ocean! This studio unit features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops (perfect for cooking a gourmet meal), a private lanai, and air-conditioning. It also has an ultra comfortable king size bed!

The grounds and amenities at Napili Shores are fabulous! One of the swimming pools is a heated saline pool with a jacuzzi. The other pool is a sparkling clean, fresh water pool. The resort has a renowned beachfront restaurant called THE GAZEBO, which is a favorite eatery among locals and tourists alike. The Gazebo is famous on the island for their breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes. There is also an on-site Surf & Snorkel rental store to assist you with your beach day activities.

Napili Shores is steps away from Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Just south of the resort is the world famous Honokeana Cove or "Turtle Cove," which is a snorkeler's paradise!

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are strictly enforced.

*Recent Review - We are Kama'aina on Maui and wanted to experience a Napili staycation for a few days. This rental was simply spectacular! We watched whales from our lanai every morning. The condo was updated with a comfortable bed (every night we were lulled asleep by the ocean), with a nice smaller kitchen to prepare meals. We didn't use the kitchen much though because the Gazebo and a Tiki bar are on the property. There are also other excellent restaurants so close including Sea House & Merriman's, both just a short beach walk away. We were impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone seeking a memorable Maui getaway!

Beautiful view

Watch whales from your bed. Quiet end unit. Easy access to all of resorts amenities. Choose from two pools or the beach actress is just steps away. Best breakfast and even a tiki bar with Hawaiian dishes.

Great location, nice unit

Everything was good until some work started in with a backhoe just off the patio. Epic refunded two nights of our stay so that was good but we had to move and it would have been better to know in advance.

Honeymoon!

Anniversary Trip

The location of this unit is fantastic. Direct views of the ocean. Short walk to the beach but no beach front. We loved this because we didn’t have people just outside our door. We would most definitely go back to this rental unit.

Great Location

Adjacent to Napili Beach (literally just steps away), it's a terrific studio, recently renovated, with terrific management support. The Gazebo, an exceptionally popular breakfast and lunch establishment, is also just steps away, as are the delightful sunsets. Nothing not to like.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This was a fantastic place to stay! We wanted to specifically stay on Napili Beach (one of the best in Maui in my opinion) and were lucky to find such a gem. The room is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The condo has easy beach access and is right next to The Gazebo restaurant. Kim was responsive and very helpful with all questions leading up to the trip. I would highly recommend staying here - we will definitely be back.

Fantastic

We had the best time and didn’t want to leave! Napili Bay is such a great spot, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. We have enjoyed sitting outside every morning and evening. The condo being just newly refurbished is much better than the pictures. We would love to stay here again!

Really enjoyed this studio. It’s a great floor plan and feels very spacious. Views are the best. I have to say I was pretty surprised by all the additional fees. Hopefully we will return!

Great updated unit and handicapped accessible. Clear communication from a great property manager. Early checkout okay because of flight, but early check in would be helpful in future. Great layout and spacious, and private corner lanai.

Our room was updated and furnished nicely. Bed comfy, sheets soft, towels nice quality. Very clean, Best views in town. to watch the sunsets. Room is located next to resort rinse shower, which can be a little noisy. The resort landscape seem neglected, especially in our building A

There is a very pretty view of Napili Bay, and from the lanai you can watch the migrating whales. You should be aware that there is no washer/dryer in the unit, just a coin operated laundry room up the hill near the lobby
