It can even accommodate an RV or boat with ease.

During warmer months, put your feet up and enjoy the crisp mountain air on the wrap-around balcony while immersing yourself in a great book. Take it up a notch with some good-natured family fun playing full-court basketball or beach volleyball right in your own yard. Want to get your competitive juices flowing but not conditioned to the altitude? Challenge a worthy opponent to horseshoes or a game of cornhole. If you're looking to relax but enjoy watching all the fun, grab a seat in the outdoor jacuzzi and let the jets relax you as you sip on your favorite beverage.

If the weather does not cooperate with outdoor fun, enjoy the endless entertainment options available inside. This luxury cabin's open floor plan encourages quality time together and leaves no chance for boredom. Practice your trick shots or play a game of 8 ball on the brand-new log cabin inspired pool table. The nearby chef's kitchen provides everything needed to whip up a delicious feast for your crew or step onto the deck where two gas grills provide the means to host a giant barbeque on those perfect mountain evenings. The adjacent great room has ample dining space for all, while the family room beckons you to relax and enjoy a spontaneous conversation. If some desire to sneak away from the crowd and watch a movie, the giant sectional and 72in. TV in the downstairs living room is just the place.

While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: City code requires face-to-face check-in at our office in the Village. It will be quick and easy.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* Live check-ins are mandatory for all Big Bear homes, and you'll need to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes).
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.
