Welcome to Sand Dollar Cove at Kingsmill! Enjoy a relaxing stay in this gated, private community. This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a microwave, mini frig, basic utensils and plates, a Keurig, guest wifi and a smart TV give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Harris Teeter, several local and chain restaurants, many public golf courses and much more.

Your hosts, Mike and Jaymie, want you to enjoy your time away and provide initial coffee pods, cream and sugar, and other little touches to give you everything a hotel could offer with the warmth of a private rental.

The Kingsmill RESORT pools, the Health Club, and Lazy River are restricted to Kingsmill Members only, and are not included. However, the following can be accessed by any of our guests:

Great place to stay!

My parents stayed at this condo so that they could be close to us during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was nicely decorated and very clean! They loved the location and view off of the back patio. Great place to stay!

Great Little Place on the Water

Kingsmill is great for everything. Unit was within walking distance of everything on the resort. Fun times had by all.

Nice and easy

The unit was very nice and perfect for what we needed. Cute community with scenic grounds and plenty of food options nearby. Check in was easy and check out time was generous. It was a perfect centrally located spot for us to do some regional college visits! Would definitely stay here again when we come back for Busch Gardens.

Our 2024 Getaway

We were unable to rent the attached unit and decided to give the smaller room a try. It was all we needed and very cozy. We had a great time relaxing, shopping, walking, etc. and will be back again soon.

Comfortable and quiet stay in Williamsburg

I had no idea that the Kingsmill area was so big when I first booked this rental. It was a very nice surprise to find such a sprawling resort property with plenty of walking trails, view of the water, and feeling of security. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit, and the property manager was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

Excellent property

The resort is amazing. We’re actually convinced to purchase. The unit itself was spotless and the hosts were very transparent. Very clean which is comforting when traveling with small kids. Only thing the screen door was broken but would definitely stay there again!

A nice place with an outdoor space

Clean and comfortable. Owners couldn’t be nicer. Very quick resolution to an unexpected issue. We loved the door to a patio with a lovely grassy area 2 steps away and the James River just beyond.

We fell in love with Williamsburg and all there is to do in this community. So much so, we bought this property to use ourselves for quick getaways, and share with others when we can't be there. We are a family with lots of kids in various stages of life. Rarely can all of them come with us, but when they do, there's something for everyone! We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we have and are happy to answer any questions you have about it or the area. Have fun!
