Ground floor quiet location extremely safe neighborhood Condo with a King size bed. Futon sleeper and queen air mattress can sleep up to 6 people, (most comfortable with 4 people). Resort style stay, 50 inch Roku TV, internet, beautiful relaxing pool, tennis court, 2 Pickleball courts, volleyball court, indoor basketball court, kids playground, car-wash all close by. Enjoy everything Tampa has to offer!!

This place is small but perfect for 2-4 adults or a small family. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any correspondence.

Nice place

Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter. Place was as described. Easy check in and check out. Could use a little updating but it worked well for what we needed. All in all a positive experience

Had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Jon was very prompt and helpful with my questions. The bed was very comfy, the extra little fan was the best thing ever...especially at night😮 def will be back

Bad experience

As soon as we entered the property we saw 3 roaches. 2 in the kitchen still alive and a dead one on a towel in the bathroom. The doors were dirty and so was the bathtub. There were cod webs on the ceiling. Definitely not a place I felt comfortable staying with my little one

Completely wrong description of property

The outside of the property was completely untaken care of - not ‘resort style’. The door of the property appeared to have been broken into or forced open at some point. While at the property we sat inside for about 10 minutes while making the decision to book a hotel and leave, in that time the tv wouldn’t even turn on. The place appeared to be as clean and an old apartment could be so that wasn’t bad. This was my first Vrbo experience and will be my last.

Perfect for me

The location put me within a quick shot of downtown and the Florida School of Woodworking, where I spent my time. I had problems accessing the gym, but that would be my only complaint. John, the owner, was very responsive, and the unit was quiet and comfortable.

Unfortunately this property is run down, bathroom sink is rusted out, bathtub worn out, kitchen faucet just drips out. Too bad because it’s has a good location and the bed was comfortable but the place needs some tlc

Not resort living!!!

The apartment was not clean. The furniture was dingy. Miss matched cutlery and dishes only 1 dinner knife. A couple of glasses. Found a cockroach. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and did not spend much time there. Not resort living!!!!

Headache

The place was smaller than I thought. We saw cockroaches in the kitchen. They were working on the place above ours so they were sawing and hammering all day for 4 days straight. We had a parole officer pounding on our neighbors door looking for our neighbor. Then had to pay an extra $44 dollars because one of the girls got eyeliner on their sheet and a couple towels. He claims couldn’t get it out.

Unit was clean, checking was great.

The unit is decorated nicely. Very clean. Some oddities need repair..very slippery tub ( get a mat or something and repair grab bar). There is a big hole in the bathroom sink. So it works but feels icky.The kitchen faucet has a trickle of water pressure and a note to “not adjust” the saggy nozzle. The complex is having some troubles with (probably teenage) vandalism at the pool. None of the grills were operable at all. 2 had “stolen tanks”. Fitness center equipment was fine, but water or even a paper towel are no longer available. Residents are friendly. It’s really easy to get to downtown Tampa and lots too see and do there. Bass Pro, Top Flight and the Cigar store are a hoot. It was priced appropriately for a fill in before our monthly rental down south.
