Enjoy easy access to main highways and most frequently visited places in Tampa Bay. This perfectly located home base is 16 minutes away from the Tampa International Airport, 15 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes away from Downtown and Armature Works, and 15 minutes away from Bush Gardens!!! Public Bus Stops 4 to 6 minutes walking distance.
Our guest suite is that cozy corner you can come to relax after having fun. Want to have a Romantic Intimate dinner? Bring some steaks, veggies, sausages to cook out on the grill!

Other things to note
Our goal is to give you as much privacy as possible. We have a false wall with sound proofing on the door that gives access to the main house. We live in the main house with our 17 year old daughter. It’s possible that coming in and out of the house we get to interact.
If there’s is any uncomfortable noise bothering you, please let me know!
Temperature is also control in the main house. We keep the thermostat at 75 degrees during the day and 71 degrees throughout the night. Feel free to reach out if the temperature is not comfortable enough for you. We will adjust it for you!

Peaceful Retreat with Heartfelt Hospitality

I stayed here during a very emotional and unexpected time—I had traveled for a health visit for my dog, and it ended up being much more difficult than I anticipated. Through it all, my host was beyond amazing. They were kind, compassionate, and incredibly quick to respond to anything I needed. Their thoughtfulness and support brought me so much comfort during a tough week. The home itself was spotless, peaceful, and exactly the safe, quiet space I needed. On top of everything, their sweet messages and genuine care made me feel so supported. I truly can’t thank them enough. This isn’t just a beautiful, clean, and welcoming place to stay—it’s hosted by someone who truly cares. I highly recommend for anyone. I know where I’ll be staying next time I’m in the area.

Cozy

Property was neat and clean. Location was close to where I needed to be, but neighborhood looked like it was being revived!I did feel safe staying at this location. I would definitely stay here again.

Oasis

Great stay!

We stayed here more one night for one night after flying in late. It was a great distance from the airport and the owner was great about making sure everything was ready for our arrival. She was communicating with us the day of travel and extremely accommodating. We had our 11 month old with us and she even set up a travel crib for her. We had our own space and the private patio was so cute for grilling and hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation & Awesome hosts

Iomara and her husband are very thoughtful, accommodating, friendly and generous hosts. She is very pleasant to communicate with and answered any questions we had about our stay. She is very helpful with letting us know spots in Tampa worth visiting. She is very hospitable and nice to talk to. We would very much recommend staying here for a very pleasant stay. Their accommodation has everything you need during your stay. Awesome hosts!

Nice private Room

Impeccable!

Absolutely lovely stay! The room was just as in the pictures, super clean, comfortable bed, warm soft linens... I can't say enough. The private little patio was a wonderfully nice area to hang out with my hubby and share some wine. The host was excellent at leaving little touches to make our stay more comfortable, like a little doggy bed for our pooch, and extra blankets since it was a cold weekend. Communication was excellent, and if we needed something we got it right away. Very much appreciate this host's kindness. Will definitely stay here again for next year's event in Tampa!

Anniversary Cruise

My husband and I stayed with Ms. M 1 the night before boarding for our Carnival cruise to Mexico. The neighborhood was ok. But once you get to the house, it is a cute property. Had I checked my email before leaving home, I would have found her instructions. But she was very nice and let us know how to enter the side door and find our key. The courtyard was nice with a table and grill and accessories inside to grill your own dinner if interested. There is also a coffee maker, coffee, microwave and mini fridge with water. Bed was very comfy and CLEAN. Bathroom was VERY NICE!!! Shower was as big as my walk in closet. Everything was clean (I am a clean/germ freak). Very quiet. We slept well and left early for our boarding. The check out process was very smooth and easy. Ms. M was very nice and we will definitely be staying there again if we go to Tampa. I highly recommend this B&B.

The bedroom and courtyard was actually super cozy. Clean and had everything for what we need. The location was great as far as accessibility, however it located in rough neighborhood, full of homeless people and dirty streets, not proper/safe to walk around. The cleaniness was overall good. The bathroom was great. The host was communicative and nice. Overall me and my partner enjoyed our stay

Above and Beyond

This property has by far been one of the best that I have stayed at so clean, tidy, comfortable. The patio is great to lay in the sun mid day perfect amount of shade and sun, the space made me feel as if I was at home with the scripture on the wall…I highly highly recommend this and will be staying again!
