Beautiful condo in Punta Vista 1. This 3 bedroom unit is right on Punta De Mita beach!
Punta Vista is walking distance from Punta Mita town, the restaurant row and all new boutiques. You can also find the best surfing spots in the Banderas Bay just minutes away. After a fun day, fall in love with the Mexican sunset from it's spacious balcony.

The Space:
We include concierge services before and during your stay, they can help you with whatever you need:
-grocery shopping
-reservations (restaurants, airport transportation, boat tours, massages, etc)
-renting paddle boards, surf boards, etc..
This unit the cleaning service is only IN /OUT. In case you need more days, the service is avialable with an extra charge.

The maximum occupancy of this unit is 6 guests (regardless of the age) with no exceptions. Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Getting Around:

Amazing hospitality!

Rafael greeted us with guacamole and pico de gallo, he was the best host! We enjoyed the location being so close to restaurants and surf. Great stay thank you!

Amazing spot

We’ve stayed in the condos along this road many times. Amazing views, pool right next to beach. The concierge service experience was new for us. Very helpful. Arranged ride to and from airport. Our child got sick and our contact was available on a Friday night to get us ride to local emergency room- amazingly helpful. He was easily accessible by text or what’s app. We had them do the grocery shopping so we didn’t have to when we got there. Allowed early and late check in which was amazing! Kitchen items could be coordinated/ updated but not a big deal- had everything we needed.

Ocean View

We had a really nice time at the condo. Great balcony with amazing ocean views. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Nice set up with pool chairs overlooking the beach. Very close to a good restaurant and a short walk to others.

Great stay

Great building: well maintained, small number of units means fewer people around the pool and more camaraderie among the guests. Pool extends right to the beach. The surf break 30 yards left or right of the condo is great for body surfing and boogie boarding. We felt safe hanging on the deck by the pool and watching our boys (ages 9 and 11) play in the ocean below. Can’t beat the views from the condo: just big stretches of ocean. Easy access to town: less than 10 minute walk. Condo has some small maintenance needs. Master suite sink on right not working, and the AC units will get condensation and leak, leaving puddles or dripping on the beds (we just scooted the bed out of the way). But the unit is spacious for a group of 6 and met all of our needs, especially considering we spent most of our time on porch, pool deck, or ocean!

Great beachfront condo with pool

Lovely beachfront condo with pool and a short walk to punta de mita town. Spacious and great concierge services that can set up activities, e.g., whale watching, snorkeling,etc. Excellent location -- short walk to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Our concierge, Alan was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. He was there to greet us with fresh salsa, guacamole and chips as a welcome snack. The apartment was spacious and the pool and hot tub were so lovely overlooking the ocean. Food and shops are an easy walk on the beach or road. Also if you needed anything arranged it was easy to just text Alan and he answered right away. Such a perfect relaxing vacation. Thanks!

Beautiful!

This condo was perfect for our family and one year old. The pool is fantastic and the views are just unreal. The beach in front can be a little bit rocky but we walked down the beach and found a nice sandy pocket. The staff at the condo is wonderful and help to make sure you enjoy your stay. There are a couple small grocery stores in town that have the minimums as well as some great restaurants! It is about a 5-10 minute walk to town along the beach. There is also a beginner friendly surf wave about a 5 minute walk away as well as surf board rentals right on the beach. Would definitely recommend anybody to stay here.

Great beach front stay

We loved the location and amenities of this property. We were walking distance from everything we needed from town, but far enough away to have quiet streets. The pool was amazing and being beach front made it easy. All the staff were wonderfully attentive and supportive, even with last minute changes. We will defintiely go back.

Great host

While this is our 20+ time using VRBO to rent a condo in Mexico this was our first in the town of Punta de Mita. From the beginning the communication was excellent. The property itself was perfect, and the daily maid service was a welcome surprise. Travelling with kids means the kitchen and bedrooms are always in need of tidying up, but this was our favorite vacation since Christina was there every day for a couple hours. We'll be back for sure.

Came through in the end

The property has some very nice features including the view and size. The unit seemed like it has not been used recently that much. The living room air conditioner never did work and requires replacement. Our first day was hot but things cooled down. The internet was horrible but the management team provided another modem and then it was fine. I would stay here again if all that was addressed prospectively.

Surf & Relax

The Punta Vista property is amazing. The building is clean and very well maintained. The best part of this property is that it allows children under the age of 12, which is a rare find in Punta Mita properties that are on the beach. Things that can be improved would be the master bedroom bed (not king size) and the internet is very unreliable if you are trying to work virtually. My wife, my son, and I had an amazing time!
