NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING

During the late Fall and Winter months the pool is heated. However, due to overnight temperature drops it requires a pool cover be applied during the nighttime hours in order to keep the pool 80-85 degrees. Proper pool cover application is important and widely used in Arizona because of the low overnight desert temperatures which drops the pool water temperature by several degrees. Using the pool cover overnight maintains the temperature while the heat pump runs. More information on this will be provided at the time of booking or upon inquiry while booking.

POOL SAFETY

The Pool has an optional (removable) 4 foot mesh pool fence barrier that will be in place with all parties with children. This pool barrier is in accordance with city code/pool barrier laws and serves to keep children from having unassisted access to the pool using a lockable self-closing gate. For guests who have children under the age of 10 or will have guests at the home under the age of 10 the pool barrier is required.

-Cell phone contact and optional communication via cell phone is required to stay at this home.

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No unattended children in the pool area. The guest is responsible for supervising all swimming activities. Guest assumes all liability for accidents.

- Elevated noise outside will need to stop at 9PM due to neighbors. This means music or loudness. Guests can still dwell outside after 9PM of course.

- Daily maid service (mopping, vacuum, making the beds, wash towels) may be available. Please inquire with owner to check rates
