This home was beautiful, it made our stay so enjoyable. My husband enjoyed the trails nearby and made the most out of them during our stay. The home was clean and so cozy.

Great house for bike riders. Trail just up the street, plenty of room to park the bikes. House was clean, comfortable, & everything functioning. Car port was nice to have. The half bath was a plus. Most 2 bedroom homes in area just have 1 bath. We didn't cook so can't comment on kitchen.We would stay here again if we want to ride the Little Sugar area again.

This was the perfect place for our family. The trails at the house were some of our favorites! My son loved gravity zone! The house was the perfect size for us and we would definitely stay here again if and when we come back if it is available!

I loved this Vrbo. It is better in person than the photos. It was just my husband and I but this Vrbo would easily accommodate more people. It is the perfect place for anyone who wants to get out and enjoy those trails or sit and listen to the birds in the morning. It is close to Bentonville, Centerton and Rogers. I would stay here again.

Excellent place. Set up perfectly for your mountain bike vacation. Plenty of secure indoor bike storage, indoor bike shop stocked with tools, Comforable beds and furniture. Quiet neighborhood, and trailside location. Will stay here again.

Spent a couple days MTB. Great place right next to Huntley Gravity Park. Also rode Slaughter Pen and Coler. Great place!

The host was quick to respond with questions. The house was just right for us, clean and neat, the bed was comfortable to sleep on, the living room furniture was comfortable and clean. The house is conveniently located, easy to get to Rogers or Bentonville. We enjoyed our stay, it's an absolutely beautiful area.

Quiet, Comfortable Stay

The house was just as incredible as the pictures make it look! The location was just far enough off the beaten path to be nice and quiet, but close enough for us to enjoy all the local sights and trails.
