Such a sweet little treehouse! Our family of 4 loved staying here - great spot, nice accommodations with easy bike trail and lake access. Far enough off the beaten path that it was peaceful and quiet, but close enough to Bentonville that we were also able to drive in to hang/bike there too with no problem. Definitely recommend.

This is comfortable house. The neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the back deck looking into the woods. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions.

The Back 40 Treehouse was such a comfortable place to stay. You can walk right in and feel at home immediately. The view from the deck is serene & private, the open kitchen/dining/living space has a great flow and worked perfectly for my family. Everything was well-thought through and the location is still very convenient for anyone wanting to explore beyond Bella Vista into Bentonville and Rogers. It seemed like everything was within a 10-25 minute drive. 10/10 would stay again!

Everything was great! Such a cute and clean space. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed for cooking, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Wonderful time with my family!

Back 40 Treehouse is truly a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our stay and were so impressed by how beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming the place was. It’s tucked away among the trees, so it feels peaceful and private, but it’s still super convenient to Highway 71 and the bike trails.The home has all the amenities you could possibly need, and one of the biggest things I look for in a home away from home is a comfortable bed—and this one did not disappoint! We slept so well and felt completely relaxed throughout our stay.It really was one of those places where you arrive and immediately think, “I wish we could stay longer.” We had such a wonderful weekend at Back40 Treehouse and will definitely be checking its availability the next time we’re in the area. We found our little hidden gem and would happily stay here again!

We spent three nights here to attend a wedding at the Mildred Cooper Memorial Chapel. We have never been to this area and wanted to have someplace that was relaxing, and I can’t recommend this place more! The view on the back deck is spectacular. It is a birders dream! The house and neighborhood were incredibly quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Comfy beds, great WiFi and plenty of hot water for three adults and a 6 year old to get ready on wedding day! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location!

We loved our stay here! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too. We liked that it is close to parks and close to our friends we were visiting. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

This property was perfect for our trip to Bentonville. The home is so comfy with all of the necessary amenities. We especially loved the chocolate treats. The home is convenient to the Back 40 trails and to the trails in Bentonville.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Back 40 Treehouse. The house is in a great location with a beautiful view from the deck. The house had so many great amenities from the bike shed to the well stocked kitchen and more. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon.

Great 4 Day Getaway!

This property was just what we needed to look at possibly relocating to the area. Nice quiet relaxing evenings on the deck overlooking the woods. The 3 of us all thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great cozy place to escape to

The back 40 tree house is a great place to break away for a few days. The house was super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Next time we're in town we'll definitely be back!
