Amazing House

I’ve been coming to 30A for 20 years, and this was by far the nicest property we’ve ever stayed in. Every bedroom had a bathroom, which made things so convenient for our group. The pool was wonderful, and the backyard area is absolutely beautiful, complete with a comfy outdoor couch and a fire pit surrounded by chairs. We had so much fun roasting marshmallows together in the evenings. The house was very clean, and we really enjoyed cooking meals and spending quality family time in such a comfortable space. One small suggestion: if you prefer plush pool towels, bring your own, as the ones provided are on the lighter side. The bikes and beach chairs and tents that came with the house were also a great bonus! This is actually the first place I’ve stayed where the photos don’t fully capture how nice the home truly is—it’s even better in person!

Cozy House

We had 8 in our family group and enjoyed the house and private pool. It was an easy walk to beach and Rosemary Bch restaurants. Dolly, our host, was very responsive.

Beautiful home. Room for the teens on one floor and adults on the other. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to beach (beautiful, soft white sand with emerald water) and restaurants and shops. Ubers are convenient as needed. Communication was excellent! Questions answered promptly. Plenty of towels for home and beach. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Lovely stay!

Perfect family experience

We had a family reunion with families arriving from TX, OH and TN and were all so happy with our rooms, pool area, kitchen and especially the back yard oasis. We left new firewood for the next family to enjoy. Great experience

Girls Weekend

This is our favorite property! Its a quick walk to the beach. Pool is awesome if its just too windy for the beach. Lots of fun outdoor spaces and four bedrooms all with their own bath. Well maintained-Perfect in every way!!

Amazing Weekend with Friends!

We had four couples that stayed at Playa Maya for a long weekend. The house is fabulous, with plenty of room for all. The pool was wonderful, everything was in working order. It's just a short walk to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the bicycles too! We would definitely rent this house again - loved it! There's also an ice machine tucked away in a corner, which was an added bonus. And the elevator was especially helpful for taking the suitcases up to the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Bachelorette Getaway

For my bachelorette my friends and I wanted a convenient and chill getaway. This property was perfect in terms of location! We could walk to the beach as well as to the local restaurants. The heated pool was great for late nights dips. Dolly was very responsive and easy to reach out to. Would highly recommend as 30a is becoming such a hot spot for bachelorette groups

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! Not only is the house beautiful and well supplied, the management company was great to work with! Quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants in Rosemary. The house was also supplied with beach chairs which was a huge perk since half of our group flew in. We will certainly plan to stay here again!

Beautiful property

We loved this property! The house is beautifully appointed and the outdoor spaces are tremendous. Lots of room on the pool deck and in the evenings there is a second patio with a fire pit. The location of the house is great too - easy to get too before all the Rosemary beach traffic but still close enough to walk to everything. Dolly was great with communication and always available for any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We will return!

This property exceeded our expectations! Dolly quickly responded when I had questions before booking just one week before arrival and communicated all the details of the property to perfection. We were a little confused when we arrived in the dark by which door to unlock and Dolly answered the phone on the first ring to help us. We traveled as a group of 4 adult women and we loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The home is decorated tastefully and is very clean. We were big fans of the elevator to get our luggage to the bedrooms, glass door refrigerator, Sonos sound system, comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor lighting. We decided to heat the pool and throughly enjoyed it all weekend. The property is within perfect walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores. We were even able to walk to Alys Beach for lunch one day. Honestly the only downside for us was that the stay was too short. We will return! Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

Beautiful Hone at Inlet Beach!

From the second you walk into the courtyard you feel like you are on vacation! Beautiful exterior space with great seating areas and the pool, which we heated, was just the perfect size. Sun hits the pool most of the day! Perfection inside with beautiful furnishings and accessories! Kitchen has everything you would ever need! A second back patio with dining table, couch, and fire pit! Great hanging out there in the morning, tree lights on at night create a cozy ambiance. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect with a balcony off of 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable beds!!! Walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach! Tennis courts across the street but there is a fee. We rented the carriage house for friends which worked out perfectly! Easy communication with Dolly who couldn’t have been nicer!!! Would definitely go back!!!

Nice time at Playa Maya

Overall, this is a nice property and steps from the beach (although we used the public beach a little further down each day). Our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) stayed for 7 days. My kids are still talking about our vacation and this house in particular. Pros: The elevator was great (Just remember to close the gate once you exit and before you close the exterior door). The house has three levels and it was great to use the elevator to get to the top floor. Also, we had my mom with us--she used the second floor--and she enjoyed the elevator. The pool was a hit. My husband and children are water babies so after a day at the beach we came back and used the pool each day. It is clean and it was serviced twice (Saturday before we arrived and Wednesday while we were there). There are also plenty of pool and beach toys to use for guest enjoyment. We used the bikes to ride down to the beach. They are great but a little old (perhaps a little carport for bikes, or storing them in the garage) would keep them from being in the elements and getting wear and tear. The ice maker makes the best ice! We enjoyed this. The kitchen has all the utensils one could need to cook and that was a plus. The house itself is very spacious and we all had a place to be and enjoy ourselves. Cons: The cleaning crew left soda cans behind the bed and we had to vacuum when we arrived because the floors were dusty. I think this is probably because they are trying to get in and out but more attention to the small details would enhance guest stay. The patio furniture is really worn and not usable. Their are several balconies and a nice outdoor patio on the first floor but we didn't use any of the furniture (except the lounges by the pool) because the wicker was in disrepair or the cushions were wet. Its too bad because we would have enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise from the 3rd floor balcony if the furniture were more appealing. The living room furniture is stained and so we put blankets on it for the week. The stains make the furniture unappealing to sit on. The only tv that was watchable was the one downstairs in the livingroom. The others kept going in an out (in terms of reception. You couldn't watch a whole show or movie without the network going out). There is a sitting area on the 2nd floor with a TV. Perhaps at least that space could also have a workable TV? I can see this being an stronger issue with larger parties than ours...
