This studio has everything you need for an excellent stay for one, two or three people, and a box in the basement.
Come and recharge your batteries by the sea! This studio will be perfect!
On the 2nd floor with elevator of the building "Les Ormeaux", its entrance serves a living room with a 140cm folding bed and a 90cm folding bed, a flat screen TV... opening on a balcony.
Its kitchenette is equipped with 2 vitro plates, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a mini dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer part...
A bathroom with toilet, a mini washing machine and hair dryer...
At lunch or coffee time, you can sit on the balcony with table and chairs, and equipped with an electric awning...
Everything you may need, even on vacation, for a successful vacation with your feet in the water (vacuum cleaner, iron and mini-board, fan, shopping cart...).
A private box in the basement will allow you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind: please note that parking may not be suitable for all types of vehicles.
QUIET AREA - PRIVATE BOX IN BASEMENT N° 18 - BALCONY - NEAR BEACH AND DOWNTOWN - BARBECUE PROHIBITED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 ⏠per day or 39 ⏠per week within the limits of available stock
