Enjoy this beautiful 100sqm 3-BR/3BA (2wc) apartment, ideally located in a fancy building on rue Saint Martin, in Le Marais

This apartment benefits from an exclusive location and invites you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activities of Paris.

On the first floor without elevator, the apartment can welcome up to 8 people and has the luxury and charm ideal for an exceptional stay with friends or family.

Designed by an interior architect, the space of this apartment offers modernity, luxury and conviviality. The open, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a sofa bed for two and a nice dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Every bedroom has a queen size bed. Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has a smart TV in the living room, we have 4G internet box before installing optical fiber next month.

For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel-quality bedding, linens and towels, a washer / dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave , a Nespresso coffee machine and welcome products.

The door is equipped with a connected code system, no key required.

We loved the apartment but the layout had been changed from the photos and there were items not there like a clothes hanging rack No chopping board and no knives to cut bread vegetables etc But we notified the managers and they eventually (3 days) got this so that was very disappointing

Good location. Great communication. Living room furniture is tired and in need of repair. We enjoyed it for our purposes- out most of the day. Was a quiet place to come home to.

Lovely well equipped place

Very generous sized and beautifully decorated apartment .. the place was well stocked with glasses and whatever u need ( in contrary to an older review) . A little bit of noise in on bedroom on a Saturday night but quiet other times Nicely located .. a bit tricky trying to get in feels like an escape room but follow the pictures and directions they outline.

Nice Safe Property-very spacious

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and spacious and felt safe. It is a bit of a walk to get to the famous sites of Paris such as Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower but we enjoy walking. The subway station is about 4 blocks away if you prefer to travel that way.Things to note. 3rd bedroom has a shower but no toilet. Washer/Dryer combo machine is complicated and they don’t provide instructions. Be sure to ask them to send you the manual for that machine if you want to use it or you may end up with wet clothes as we did.

I generally liked this property. Location was good. Some noise. Frustrating that there were no wine glasses and only one kitchen towel. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Plenty of space. I would definitely book here again.

Excellent location, close to Metro station and walking distance to some attractions. I would have loved more cleaning day options, but it was a rental, so it was okay. I will recommend this flat.

This property was perfect for our girls weekend in Paris. The property was clean, spacious and felt safe, with having multiple entry points. It was everything we needed. The location was perfect with the majority of landmarks being within a 30min walk or a trip on the metro. There were also a number of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Communication with the property management was excellent, they messaged the second day of our stay to see how we were getting on. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Paris

Friends weekend

The property was perfect for 3 couples. Close to grocery, restaurants and 2 Metro stops. Easy to get anywhere in Paris. Be sure to dive deep into the arrival instructions to get info for locating the unit and getting through the locked gate with a fob. Just selecting access codes on the link you get is not enough. Scroll down and dig deeper - not easy to find the instructions. Take an Uber back to the airport for ease of travel. We did the trains on the way there - easy enough if your luggage is light. Great place to stay overall.

Perfect location, Comfortable Apartment

The checkin process was not as smooth as I had hoped, but we did get in after some confusion as to where on that long hallway we would find the 3-steps. We did get in, in a timely manner thanks to the help of the custodian. Bless him! The only issue was the Apt. was advertised as a "3 bedroom, 3 bath" apt, and that was not true!!! We are 3 couples in their 70's who travel together often and Prefer our own bathroom facilites. I thought I had found that due to the misrepresentation in your write up. I would likely have looked further is I had been tole the truth, however we did enjoy our stay, and send a thank you to our hosts. But nest time I will ask more questions!!!!!!

Great spot near everything

Newly renovated with lovely decor and spacious rooms! Be sure to accept the private driver service for pickup at the airport and travel to the location. Very helpful also with the check-in process. No bad news with this great location and lovely attired space.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the hot water was very limited for a group of five otherwise the apartment was great. The management staff was easy to reach and allowed us a very early check in which was very nice and much appreciated.

Great location. Clean and communication was good. It took about 45 minutes once we found the flat to actually get in. Directions were not 100 percent accurate. All said, a great stay and I would recommend this flat! Thank you.

Beautiful place, close to Metro

The place was lovely and convenient. We didn't find a lot to do in the immediate area, but close enough to the metro and walkable to other places. The beds were great; only one bedroom one has an en-suite toilet and the other toilet was in the hall.

Lovely apartment in great location!

Our family of 5, including 3 adult children, had a wonderful stay in this excellent apartment. Plenty of space for all of us and lovely beds. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to many attractions and an easy metro ride to things further away. Grocery shop across the road. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Lovely 3 bedroom in a Convenient Location

The unit was sizable by Paris standards, super clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with nice linens! It was convenient to a metro, restaurants, and sites. Great bakeries nearby-always a must for my husband.

Pleasant, comfortable, clean and cozy. I love how the property fully equipped with fridge, cooking facilities, washing machine and TV. There are a few cafes, a grocery shop, and bakeries nearby. There are two subways is within walking distance. There were some noise from the lane next to the property at night, but it won’t deter me from wanting to stay in the property again.
