Denna soliga, rena, moderna 2-rums-lägenhet erbjuder dig ett utmärkt läge i P-staden. Tre dörrar från Brass Key Guest House. Två minuters promenad till Commercial Street shopping, restauranger och klubbar, parkering för två fordon. 20x21 inhägnad i stenuteplats med bord och stolar, soffa, eldstad och gasgrill. Enhetens inre har vackra fina trägolv i hela, helt nya kök och apparater inklusive mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ett vardagsrum med kabel-tv och ett badrum med dusch. Bara målade in och ut. Mycket tyst sidogata. Njut av allt som Provincetown har att erbjuda från detta utmärkta men ändå lugna läge. Spara dig timmar i bilen, UNDVIK DEN HORRIBLE LÖRDAGSTRAFIKEN och njut av en hel helg. Vi hyr från fredag till fredag. INGEN YTTERLIGARE rengöring eller husdjursavgifter. Outstanding home, very clean and an excellent location in P’Town. Access to Bradford Street and Commercial Street very close with on-property parking. This was our second stay since 2023 and we look forward to a third and fourth visit soon. Host is very responsive and communicates well. We appreciate their attention to detail.

Great location - just a short walk to Comercial Street - and it's easy to get to the supermarket as well. The primary bedroom is a little tight, but overall, it's a really nice place.

Great host in all respects. House is perfect for two people, especially with the room that has the Murphy bed. Great to use for storage. Extra bonus is the washer/ dryer in that room. The outdoor area is awesome! The fire pit and barbecue worked. We will definitely stay there again!!

Paul was a great host and the condo was absolutely perfect! Super easy check in (we were able to park earlier than 3 and walk around which was nice), the place was extremely clean by the time we got in that afternoon, kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you'd need for cooking. Bedrooms were a good size (especially the larger bedroom), and the bathroom was great, clean, and nicely redone! We loved Paul's place and will definitely be staying again.

Perfect in PTown!

We loved out 5-night stay here. Location is perfect—a few steps from all the action of Commercial Street but far enough away for some quiet relaxation. Everything was to our liking, super clean, nicely appointed and everything one would need is right there. Fantastic communication with Paul.

Short vacation

It was very nice place, enjoyed spending time outside on the patio having lunch. The cottage has everything you need. Paul the host super nice although we haven't met maybe next time. Also perfect location. Definitely will keep this cottage in mind for possible next year. Thank you so much.

Wow, just WOW!

We have stayed at several VRBOs in Provincetown over the years, and this is tops! Close to everything and our day trips for hiking were easy with access to Rt. 6. We stream at home and having the streaming stick that we use at home made it enjoyable when we began our day. The kitchen is completely updated, and we appreciated the almost instant hot water. Thanks, Paul - we enjoyed our stay, and will be sure to contact you when we stay in the area again!

Ptown in November

Great location - easy walk to anything. Enough space for two, we used the second bedroom as a changing/luggage room. Great to have a washer and dryer. Being there in November, we couldn't take advantage of the outside area but I'm sure it would be great in warmer weather. Very minor point, but was surprised not to find a stemmed wine glass; again, minor point and didn't in any way ruin our stay.

Fun stay!

We rented for three nights over Halloween. The location was diaganolly across Bradford Street from the Shipwreck Tavern. It was a quick walk to Commercial Street. The unit was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities and space to store food in the kitchen, room to hang and store clothing as well as cable tv, wifi, a fenced in patio out front and parking. Paul was very helpful and responsive to our queries. I would stay at this location again. store your clothes

Great Location

Property location is great and within walking distance to both east and west ends of town. We felt the cottage was ideal for two but I believe it will accommodate up to four guests. Good WIFI & TV was convenient for capturing highlights of the DNC, Owner was graciuos too!

Perfect Ptown Cottage

We enjoyed our stay so much at this cute cottage. The outdoor space made for so many enjoyable meals and fun times. The location was perfect, close to all the action. The house was just right for us and our son and had everything we needed.

Great stay

This rental had everything we were looking for. Layout inside was cozy yet very welcoming & open. Split a/c units came in handy. Loved the front patio. Couldn’t be a better location! Paul was quick to respond to any question we had during our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.
