Prime plats, husdjursvänlig enhet som ingår i en bungalow stil två familjehus. Denna enhet är två nivåer; den lägre nivån har ett sovrum med en queen size-säng, stort vardagsrum som är full av naturligt ljus, men privat och bra för underhållande. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Huvudnivån har ett fullt utrustat kök, badrum, och tillgång till ett stort däck. En loftstege tar dig upp till ett litet loft med en full size-säng. Däcket är precis utanför köket är perfekt för grillning, matsal, avkopplande och underhållande, och har fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången. Enheten är lätt, luftig och ny AC / värmesplittor på varje nivå. Det finns också en utomhusdusch som delas av båda enheterna. På en lugn gata som är bara ett stenkast från allt du behöver i P-Town. A very good location, close to all the activity but still very quiet. This is the rear apartment. Would like to try the front apartment on a future trip.

Wonderful Provincetown Vacation

Great rental home close and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and generally walking around town. We loved the private deck and bbq as well as the comfortable living room. Lookng forward to returning next year.

Nice place, interesting layout

This was overall a very nice stay and we very much enjoyed the hosts and their reception. Definitely be cautious of the layout of the home, because it can be difficult to navigate especially with the ladder, fireman stairs, and need to go around the outside back and forth. Other than that, we enjoyed it and the hosts.

Ptown pride weekend

Amazing weekend in ptown. House is ideally located with a short walk to grocery store and commercial street. Despite the cold weather, plenty of space inside to comfortably relax with a book.

Wonderful stay in Ptown

Property looked exactly as shown. The living room was much bigger than expected, which was nice because the bedrooms and the bathroom are definitely on the smaller side. Take note there are no traditional stairs - just as pictured the mounted ladder goes to the loft (which the kids loved) and the spiral staircase goes down to the bedroom, laundry, and living room. We loved having the private deck and the location was absolutely perfect. Excellent communication with the owner, all around a really wonderful stay for our family.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time! Location is great, close to the action of Commercial St., but far enough away that you are able to relax and find some quiet time when needed. Hosts were great at following up and communication. The outdoor space is great, and the back deck definitely was a great addition to the house, We actually spent most of our time there. The layout of the interior does require a bit of up and down as the main living room and bedroom are down a spiral staircase while the bathroom is upstairs. The loft was surprisingly bigger than we thought, and while it was “open” it still allowed for privacy.

Fall visit to P-town

My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights. The bungalow is small but quite cozy and comfortable. The owners really maximized the space. We had wonderful weather and were able to also enjoy the large deck. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to town, the wharf, the grocery store and restaurants, yet we were not bothered by noise. The neighborhood is filled with lovely homes and was also an easy spot to walk our dog. This house is a duplex, and we stayed in the back unit. Please note that the kitchen is at entry level, and the main bedroom and living room are down stairs, accessed by a small circular stair case. Our dog was unable to safely navigate the steps, but fortunately, there is also a sliding glass door from the basement to the outside side yard and back yard which allowed us to walk her around to get to the upstairs and deck area. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen is well stocked with supplies. The owners were extremely responsive and provided great recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental.

Ptown women’s weekend 2022

Excellent communication with owners. Excellent location for all PTown activities. Seem less check in check out process. There were 4 of us for this trip and the accommodations were excellent. The loft sleeping area was not conducive for two of us to sleep in due to the claustrophobic tightness of the loft and access by the ladder. The couches however on the sub ground level where very comfortable for two of us to sleep. The sub ground living area was an excellent place, loved all the windows. We also took advantage of the deck and had additional friends over for cocktails before heading to a show and dinner. There were renters in the front half of the house that we only knew they were there because of the cars in the other driveway. Truly an excellent stay for the two nights.

The private deck, overhung with trees, was lovely

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a quiet, clean, modern place. I spent most of my time on the (very) private deck, but had I wanted to there was a nice living room with a large TV and comfortable couches. Five minute walk to pizza or ice cream; ten minute walk to anywhere. Looking forward to my next visit.

Enjoyed our week very much; we spent most of our time on the large deck off the kitchen. The large and comfortable TV room was a bonus, as was the outdoor shower. The circular staircase and ladder to loft were workable for our group (we didn’t have a dog). Great communication with Michelle, the owner.

Perfect first visit to PTOWN

We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow. It’s in the perfect location! Just close enough to all the bars and restaurants and easy to go back and check on the pup, but far enough to be in the cutest neighborhood vibe. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect location!

My family truly enjoyed our getaway staying at this rental! It was close enough to walk everywhere just as other reviews had mentioned. We had everything we needed during our stay as well as helpful information prior to our arrival. We loved the back deck for dinners and the fact that it was pet friendly! Perfect Location and Dog Friendly!

Cute bungalow in prime location, close to Commercial but on a quiet street. House had everything we needed and was so nice to be able to vacation with our dog. He felt right at home as well. Loved the deck for hanging and the cozy downstairs for the dog to feel safe when we were at dinner. The pup was not a fan of the spiral stairs, but walking him around was a breeze. Very well managed, would certainly stay again!

Great stay in accessible and quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay here with our dog Daisy. The location and neighborhood was new to us and was a great change of pace. Very quiet with birdsong every morning and night. Michelle was great to communicate with and we had a very nice and relaxing experience.

Great place, great location!

Although we only stayed here 2 nights it was just the place for us. Super cool loft space that my 5yr old loved to call his “clubhouse” and very cozy and quaint for our little family. It was within walking distance to town but you wouldn’t know it by the peace and quiet that it offers. Very clean and accommodating. Two thumbs up!!

Court Street is a gem - it's very quiet yet literally only steps from everything! You can park your cars and walk to everything in town. We have had our eye out for a great property that we could potentially retire in, but in the meantime, share it with friends and guests alike. It's in the West End, but so close to town. The property has great vibes and we're excited about making it your favorite place to stay.
