High End Spacious Home in the best laid back part of Florida's Gulf coast. Right on the border between Venice and Englewood you are only a 5-10 minute drive from either and only about 15-20 minutes from Lemon Bay.

The home itself is only a short 3 minute drive to the closest beach (Manasota) and also comes with it's own screened in pool. Inside you'll find a beautiful modern look with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 Living and 2 dining areas. Perfect for families and groups. Can sleep up to 10 people on beds and couches and plenty of inside/outside seating

Luxury Home Close to Beaches

We’ve stayed in the Venice area for about 20 years and this was one of our favorite homes. It’s an easy, less than 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. YouTube TV was a nice touch so that we could watch March Madness. The owners were responsive with communication. We had all of the basics we needed for a five day stay. There were a few minor things that needed fixing, however nothing that created any issues for us to enjoy ourselves. Thanks for everything!

Awesome Beach Retreat

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed every aspect from plent of room to the pool and grill. The beach is soo close too! Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Thank you!

Lovely house with a warm pool

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Pool was always warm and clean. 5 minutes from Manasota Key Beach. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 6 plus our doodle! Highly recommend!

Great place minutes from the beach

This was a great stay - the host was quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. The pool area was great - water was warm in the middle of October and there were enough towels for the four of us. A small downside is the location on the road. It’s on a major thoroughfare- but the backyard is very private so it balanced out. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Very nice home. Good pool and good location. Just off a highway is the only drawback. Can't hear any road noise once you are inside the home which was a plus. Only down side is the busy highway with getting out of the driveway. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was everything we wanted. Close to grocery stores and just a short drive to the beach. Michael is a great host. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

Close to the Beach

The house is very nice. It was great having a pool to lounge in whenever we wanted. It was easy to get to restaurants and beaches, as well as being close to Venice downtown. It’s on a very busy road, but the owner put in a small extension to the driveway so that we could turn around and not have to back out to the street. The church next door wasn’t a problem other than their bright parking lot lights which they left on very late! We had an enjoyable stay.

Best VRBO Experience Ever

This property is immaculately maintained and spacious with beautiful decor. Even at full capacity, we never felt crowded, lots of lounging/common areas. The host is gracious and accessible with great communication. We definitely hope to stay again!

Great House for a Great Beach Vacation

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed staying at this house during a recent visit to Englewood and Venice. The central location gave us quick access to Englewood and Venice Beaches, as well as a reasonable drive to downtown Sarasota and St Armand's Circle. The house has everything you need including a great heated and private pool, plenty of living space, and a really large master suite. We would stay there again for sure!

Awesome house

Had a fantastic stay at this property. Beautiful furnishings, great beds & bedding, near the shark tooth capital which gave us hours of fun at the beach. House on a busy road but can’t tell from the heated pool. Highly recommend property and property owner as so great to work with.

Great house

This house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space for everyone. Very tastefully decorated and cozy (looks just like the pictures). Enjoyed using the heated pool. It is on a busy street, but you don't even notice when you are in the home. Overall a great stay!

Englewood home

Spacious and clean home. Lots of room to relax. Kitchen had needed appliances. (Drip Coffee maker, ninja Blender). Most importantly, Michael was an expert host and most helpful, responsive and professional.

Croquet Getaway!

The home was very comfortable and had a lovely screened in pool. The only complaint is the location on a busy road and constant sound of traffic. It would be nice to have some wine glass as well.

Fantastic!

My family and I stayed in June 2023 and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was very well kept and well stocked with essentials. As mentioned it was a very short drive to the beach. The location offers several different beaches which we spent a day at each. The owner was in touch when he needed to be and provided everything we needed and more. We cant wait to visit the area again and will definitely look to book this property first! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
