You’ll enter the apartment via a private entrance from the large patio. Step in using the convenient keyless entry and go down 6 wide steps with secure handrail and like many guests, be delightfully surprised to find a well-insulated, 900 sq ft spacious, all on 1 floor well appointed apartment.

It’s just a short walk to Historic Downtown Ballard, with superb coffee, shopping, music venues, restaurants, speak-easy cafes and bars (and the best Sunday Farmers Market in the city). The Ballard Locks or Golden Gardens, one of the Seattle's only sandy beaches in only a 5 minute car ride away if you want to catch a sunset or watch our local wildlife.

Once you’re settled in, relax in the living room on the comfortable seating arrangement. Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 43" Hisense Smart TV, with swivel extension bar so you can choose the optimal position. Access a multi-channel cable package, including national news stations and all local and basic-cable TV channels. You can also access streaming channels using your own logins.

Prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the butcher-block countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, Cuisinart 10 cup coffee machine, French press, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. You’ll even find some unexpected foodie tools ¬– small Magic Bullet blender, wok, cake springform, muffin pan, salad spinner, ginger grater, and garlic press.

Bedside tables and overhead sconce lights flank the bed, and the lamps’ extendable arms enable you to adjust them to the perfect position for reading.

Lull yourself to sleep watching the 32" LG Smart TV, accessing popular streaming channels using your own logins. There is plenty of storage for your belongings in the dresser and closet including a luggage rack.

For additional sleeping needs, you’ll love the foldout, queen-size sofa bed in the living room, offering an adjustable headboard for reading in bed or watching TV.

Should you have remote-work needs, you’ll find a workspace in the living room with desk chair and writing surface.

The private patio is the perfect spot to enjoy some fresh air and Seattle’s mild weather. Indulge in a hot or cold beverage as you admire the greenery or savor a meal or snack at the table for 2 with comfortable, rattan swivel chairs.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the apartment’s bathroom with large walk-in shower and all bathroom essentials, including towels, toiletries, hair dryer and flat iron.
