It is located in a residence with SWIMMING POOL in Le Grau-du-Roi. It's perfect for a quiet vacation with family or friends.
You'll be close to Port Camargue and the beach, near all amenities, and a 7-minute drive from the town center.

The accommodation is composed of a bedroom; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a very clean shower room; and a living room with a television. You will have at your disposal 2 convertible sofas and a single bed.
You will also have a furnished TERRACE, where you can take your aperitifs during the beautiful sunny days!
And to perfect your stay, the residence has a pleasant SWIMMING POOL!
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
The conditions (simple) are :
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties
The cost of cleaning includes: cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, reception and handing over of the keys, linen (sheets and towels), and everything you need to start your stay with your toes in the air (condiment, garbage bag ...). There are no other expenses!
The accommodation is located near several restaurants; and for your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "U Express" at 5 minutes by car. The city center is a 7-minute drive away, where you will find various bars, shops, and everything else you might need on a daily basis!
You will be ideally located at 9 minutes walking distance from the North Beach.
Visit the city and discover the must-see attractions: Amigoland is 15 minutes away on foot, the Seaquarium of Grau Du Roi is 11 minutes away, the Left Bank beach is 5 minutes away by car, and many more... You can also discover the surrounding area, such as Montpellier (45 minutes by car); La Grande Motte (18 minutes); La Tour CarbonniĂšre (15 minutes); Aigues Mortes and its ramparts at 10 minutes, or Saintes Marie de la mer and its Ornithologue park at 37 minutes (among others! ).
