We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming flat of a surface of 36 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 14th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Bed linen included, towels in supplement with the concierge. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 overlooking the balcony: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate suspended toilet.

Outside :
- A 6.72 m² balcony, facing north, on the valley side, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert in the Corbiers area, with a total of 310 km of ski slopes, in a very pleasant environment within the Pégase Phenix building. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- You will have many activities at your disposal: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, sledging, dog sled rides, snowmobile, snowshoeing...
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire: Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible thanks to the different ski lifts, from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been awarded the "Family Plus" label since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning, outdoor swimming pool in the resort heated in winter and also open in summer...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: free bus in winter which serves the whole resort and free tourist train in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne station located 12 km away (25 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport located at 175 km (2h05 by car).

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen included.
- Towels are provided in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- At your disposal: Washing machine, raclette / pierrade machine and Tefal plancha.
