Perfect getaway

This place was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. Easy access to the ocean, lots of places within walking distance, and easy parking. The hosts were great and the ambiance of the condo itself is great for families wanting a peaceful vacation. We will definitely return.

Enjoy the Beach Life

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The views of the ocean from the balcony and many windows were fantastic and it was wonderful to have the spectacular white sand beach and two pools just steps away. The property is nicely furnished and well equipped with kitchenware, and we appreciated the availability of beach towels and beach chairs. Our host was very prompt to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous, recently remodeled interior. Everything is brand new, the unit is well stocked. The view is amazing and the location is great! We will definitely be visiting this place again!

Anniversary Trip 2024

My husband and I came down for a long weekend to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. The weather was cool but beautiful. The condo was perfect for us. Cheryl was the perfect host answer my questions within minutes.

The room was beautiful and cleaned very well! We had unfortunate drainage issues in the sink in the bathroom and the shower. The owner said they would have maintenance out and they came when we weren’t there and left drain gunk from where it had been unclogged. Overall we had a great stay. A few small things like the hairdryer on the wall smells like its catching fire so we did not use. The bed is also kind of lumpy. These are not bid deals to us, but we wanted you to know for the next guests! The decorations and furnishings were very pretty and we definitely felt at the beach!

Perfect Get-a-way

Adorable little condo with a great view! Nicely decorated and very clean. Great location with restaurants nearby. You can get two chairs and one umbrella for $40 cash per day. Must purchase parking pass for week $30. We will definitely stay here again.

Great, relaxing stay

The condo was clean and smelled great, the host kept in touch with us throughout the process and gave great instructions for the check-in process. The condo was on the perfect level, 4th floor, so not too high but high enough that we didn't hear the noise of other guest out by the pool and public area's. The elevators were fast and we had short wait times. No issues with the Wi-fi and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils/dishes we needed. We had a great stay!

Wonderful three days

Inspite of the ongoing construction and one intermittent elevator the condo was beautiful, clean and had everything you would need. Communication with the owner was pleasant and responses were quick. The Sunbird staff that we deal with were friendly and helpful to us in finding services for my handicapped wife. We will be back.

Wonderful Room

I booked a short stay for my daughter and me. The check in process was a breeze! The room was clean and decorated very beachy! Also, the bed was super comfy! Direct view of the beach. Host was spot on with replying to messages. If you're a coffee on the balcony in the morning kind of person then you'll love the what looks to be new Drew Barrymore coffee pot!! I will be ordering myself one now! Can't wait to be back!

My husband, Matt and I live in Nashville, Tn. We have always dreamed of owning our own little bit of paradise on the Gulf, as we vacation there every year. We have two children and one grandson. Matt is a chef and Cheryl works in special education at the local school.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We choose Sol to Soul because of the full view of the Gulf. The floor to ceiling windows and sliders out to the balcony sold us on this unit. We LOVE PCB because there is always something to do. If we ever feel the need to leave the beach (rarely!) we love that there is so much to choose from.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This property offers are really amazing location. So close to St Andrews State Park, Ripley's believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo and Botanical Gardens. This list goes on and on. The building is situated directly on the Gulf with 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, gym and shuffle board. We are next door to Pineapple Willey's and around the corner to Walmart and Walgreens (just in case you forgot something!). The building is gated with parking directly in front. No having to park across the street and walk through tunnels.
