Truly a bird's-eye view from this fully-furnished 21st floor unit that is absolutely perfect for family fun or a romantic escape. A Southwest vantage point affords you some of the best views of our wonderful sunsets. This 1-bedroom, 2 full bath, beach-front unit with bunk beds and fold-out couch, comfortably sleeps 6. This family-friendly resort includes 2 pools (including a kid's pool!), jacuzzi, snack bar, Starbuck's, retail shop, fitness center, and lounge on the sky-walk leading to the covered parking decks. Wonderful

The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything you could ask for. Unfortunately the weather was a bit chilly. I loved that there were two pools and a Starbucks on site. All together it is a wonderful building to stay in.

Girls weekend

Great condo! Super clean!! And I am picky! Very well stocked also. Could not ask for a better room. However, Panama City Beach is getting dangerous this time of year and we had to leave early. No fault of our room though. It was great.

Nice condo and we had a great vacation

When we arrived it was a bit stressful. The AC wasn't working and the housekeeping issues. I was able to contact the manager quickly and things started to get resolved. They were able to get us some extra fans due to it not working over night. By the next day AC was working. Quiet condo and great for our family.

Anniversary Trip

We had the BEST time!! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and and answered any questions we had quickly. The condo was clean and very well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and any kitchen utensils or appliances you may need. The bed was very comfortable! The location of this property was excellent. It is near many restaurants and pier park. We will definitely be back in the future.

Perfect room with a perfect view

As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was super clean and well stocked. The view is perfect as the gulf with sugar white sand beach and emerald green water is right outside your balcony. The Starbucks is an added bonus and the heated pools were perfect for the cloudy days (we visited during spring break and were hit with storms so flags were double red) we still wanted to get a good swim in. I will definitely be saving this property for future visits.

Family stay

The location was great we had a great view but there was definitely room for improvement. The bathroom in the hall had a horrible smell of mold or mildew. The vent had mildew on it and so did the shower curtain. The master bathroom interior curtain was cover in mildew too. The vent in the mast bathroom was very dusty and so was the fan in the bedroom.The shower head fell off twice and hit me in the head I would suggest a different piece for that. The ladder to the bunk bed was not able to be used because the metal pieces were falling off and it definitely could have been a safety hazard so we didn’t use it or the top bunk other than these things we were happy with our stay.

Amazing!

Absolutely loved this condo! It was exactly as described. I read reviews to see how comfortable beds are because that’s important on vacation. So let me start by saying, I didn’t want to get out of bed! Not because I was tired or sleepy but because the bed was so comfy. My kids used the bunk beds and sleeper sofa and they said those we’re comfortable too. The sky bar is a huge plus, the pools are awesome, the beach wasn’t crowded, elevators were fast. There’s nothing I can complain about. The room was clean and had basically everything you need on vacation. Lastly, the host was super responsive and friendly! I appreciate that so much. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved it except..

Everything about the actual condo and location were wonderful!! The only downfall that was frustrating is that there is no disclosure that this place is up for sale. The only way I knew was through googling it when I saw the availability to see if there were more photos or different prices online. Before booking I contacted the owners to see if they would be showing this property while we were staying there and I was told no. I booked it because they told me there would be no showings. However, the first morning we were there I was contacted and told there would be a showing the next day. While it's not the end of the world, it was frustrating since I had specifically asked and was told no. As we had no say as to when the showing was- they can be scheduled during children's nap times, early in the mornings, etc. It was just an frustrating inconvenience. As I said before- the condo, location, cleanliness, etc was great.

Great Ocean view

I take my grandmother on a girls trip every year. This room was very nice. The only thing we had the slightest complaint about was the cleanliness. It wasn’t dirty by any means, but there was dust build up in a few places (like above the dining table). We liked the option of beach toys/chairs available to us. The balcony door was very difficult to open. Overall great place to stay. Will likely be back.

Amazing

Idk where to start. We are a family of 4. And we were celebrating out twins 10th birthdays. The owener... she was amazing with communication right after booking. I had no issued when we were there so I didn't need to contact her because she had us fully prepared! The directions for parking and getting to the room were direct and easy to follow. The room was amazing, and more than we are used to when it comes to a stocked kitchen. The views were just stunning!!! I will be happy to book again when we come back. It was our first time in PCB but it was the first of many to come. Thanks so much for a truly magical first stay! I am so upset I forgot to write in the guest book.

My most Favorite Condo EVAH!

This is our 2nd stay here. It's the only place I will stay from now on. The view, amenities, location, decor, cleanliness, the many "extras" like beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys, drink cups for local restaurants, etc that are supplied in the condo.....it just doesn't get any better than this place. Can't wait to visit again!!! Management is incredibly easy to reach and work with. A "JOY" from start to finish! On a side note, we were there on Ressurrection Sunday. The hotel staff hid Easter eggs all over the lobby. It was so sweet. We love everything about this place.
