This quiet, safe neighborhood is on the border of Santa Monica and Brentwoodâ just a quick 10 minute drive west to the beach or east to Beverly Hills. It is incredibly easy to access the 405 and 10 freeways making it convenient to get anywhere in the city. Also it is walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars.Located on the border of Santa Monica and Brentwood, this peaceful and secure neighborhood is a mere 10-minute drive away from both the stunning beach and the glamorous Beverly Hills.
