One of our absolute favorite stays in Frisco! The house had everything we needed. Great for cooking. Eating meals on the back deck right at the base of the mountains was so lovely. Super close to town, but very private. Plenty of space for our large family. Right off the biking trail. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Our party included 3 generations for a ski trip to Copper Mountain. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and I look forward to staying there again.

We've done a dudes ski trip to the Rockies for about 15 years now and this was the best house in terms of central location to multiple ski resorts, being walking distance from restaurants, and house amenities (hot tub and kitchen).

We filled up the lodge with the whole family and it worked out great. The location is at the west of town and within one block of main street. We could walk to most stores/restaurants on main street. The hot tub was a big hit with the grandchildren.The amateur chefs in the family enjoyed the large, well stocked kitchen. Think of an item you need for cooking and storing and it was there.We had questions of the owner and she was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The house was clean, huge, plenty of amenities, extremely well stocked kitchen with spices and starters, and the owner was very responsive to questions. The kids loved the game room downstairs, and the house was furnished very nicely. We also took advantage of walking distance into town. Highly recommend!

Well equipped home in great location.

This was one of the most well equipped homes we’ve stayed in. The location to downtown Frisco and gorgeous views of Mount Royal can’t be beat! We had a wonderful stay!

Great family log cabin

You cannot ask for a better house or location to enjoy family time and the mountains! The homeowner Annette was also very responsive to any questions we had. We plan to hopefully stay there again!

We had a wonderful time. It is a great location for skiing at Copper Mt, Breckenridge, or Vale. Downtown Frisco is just minutes away. The house is Wonderful! We had plenty of room and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed (and then some). We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. I truly can not say enough good things about the house. We will come back.

Perfect property for a mountain gettaway

Well stocked and spacious property. The kids definitely made memories. Easy walk to town for shopping and dining. We will be staying here again.

Royal Mountain Ranch is great

what a great house - big and spacious enough with 5 bedrooms, well stocked, was perfect for our 4 day ski weekend - plus walking distance from all the Frisco action - I highly recommend staying at Royal Mountain Ranch
