The famous Estagnot beach is also within walking distance, while Hossegor (2.9 km) and Seignosse (10 minutes) golf courses are just a few minutes' drive away.On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, and a functional bathroom with shower. The spacious and bright living room has a TV, air conditioning and opens onto a beautiful wooden terrace of about 20 m2. Guests can enjoy outdoor meals with the plancha and garden furniture. The open kitchen, compact but well thought out, is equipped with a granite worktop, hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment.Upstairs, partly attic under Velux, are two bedrooms. The first has two 140 cm beds, one of which is located in the attic area (ideal for children). The second bedroom offers a bed in 140 cm.The area under the slope gives a particular charm, but it should be noted that some areas have a ceiling height of less than 1.80 m.The whole is simple, but the environment is exceptional. The calm, greenery and proximity to the beaches make this house a perfect place for a relaxing holiday with two or family.The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Linen is not provided, but can be rented on request. Housing is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Off-season, arrival days can be flexible and long-term rental is possible.
