Thank you for taking the time to write the review. We're sorry the electrical issues disrupted your stay. We've had a licensed electrician out to diagnose and repair the panel and the refrigerator circuit, and we've addressed the game-room cord and the lower-level door as well. We appreciate the feedback.

We're delighted to hear that Snook Haven was the perfect place for your daughter's 13th birthday girls weekend! It warms our hearts to know that it was exactly as pictured, spacious, and accommodated all 11 of you comfortably. The setup with a great downstairs space for the girls and an upstairs area for the moms sounds ideal. We're glad the property was clean, close to the beach, and situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Thank you for your positive feedback on our responsiveness and ease of communication. We would be thrilled to have you book another rental through us. We're so happy you had an awesome time!
