When you're not exploring the nearby attractions, our property itself boasts an amazing pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, inviting you to bask in the warm Florida sun. As the day transitions to night, gather around the outdoor fire pit for a cozy atmosphere.

For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, our miniature golf course provides the perfect opportunity to test your putting skills on the mini golf putt putt green. The BBQ grill is ready for your group's grill master to make it happen. Step inside, and the game room with a regulation size pool table and arcade game will ensure to keep the competition lively! The outside pool has both heating and cooling features.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available for reliable transportation :)

Other Things to Note:
Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog
Strict Quiet Hours per the city of Seminole- 10pm-7am
Grounds for termination if we receive a noise complaint- PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors :)
Pool Heating fee is $100 per night. The pool stay heated at 85 degrees.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
