We had a enjoyable family vacation in marathon. The vacation rental was perfect and fit the needs of the entire family. Would stay here again!

Pool was great for the kids but the scarcity of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper aswell as no laundry detergent was disappointing for the cost.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that the pool was a hit with the kids and that your family was able to enjoy that amenity. Regarding the household supplies, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials such as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and a few trash bags to help guests settle in upon arrival. As is common with many vacation rentals, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Laundry detergent and personal bath products are not listed among the amenities provided but we will discuss the possibility of providing these in the future We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to better communicate what is included so guests can plan accordingly. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We were working at the Marathon airport and this was a perfect location. Great places to eat, shopping everything was very close by. The property was extremely clean and had good beds, linens, towels. Well stocked in every way. 100% would stay here again.

Katie was very responsive and answered any questions that I had. We had a great time, house was very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and was worth it to us. I liked that they provided extras like enough trash bags, dish soap, sponge, coffee filters, paper towel, TP and even had salt and pepper. The location was just off US1 and we even spotted a manatee in the Chanel.I would not hesitate staying here again.

Perfect family getaway in the Keys

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and well equipped in a convenient location. It worked out well for a family getaway with different age groups and interests.

The layout was great and there was ample room. The home was very clean and parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. The cost for pool heat was very expensive, and the place was short on some amenities we expected (towel racks, coffee filters, salt). The place is for sale and we are guessing the owner is not investing any more into the property. Overall we were satisfied.

Great location and clean

The house was sparkling clean! Location is great and close to stores. Great and safe walking/running path that leads down to Sombrero beach. Pool was great also!

Great Spot!

Great spot in central area of keys. House was great and kids loved the pool. Very clean and lots of kitchen items and towels. Good access to beach, groceries and sidewalks for walking/running.

Fantastic location - close to Publix

Exactly what I expected- beautiful furnishings and bedding/ towels plus lots of beach towels. Beds are comfortable. Pool area was great. Dock fit our 32 foot boat.

Amazing spring break

This property was perfect for two families on spring break. Very nice home with great pool and dock to fish off of. Very nice location, just down the road from Publix. We also rented bikes and easily biked to restaurants & bars. The property manager was very quick on responses. Would highly recommend this property.

South Creek Villa review

We had a great time, Katie our contact was great in communicating throughout the purchasing, check in, and check out process. The villa was perfect our group which was clean and modern, with super high quality linen and bedding. The villa was only mile from sombero beach and within an hour to Key West.

Wonderful stay in Marathon

We had a fantastic experience staying at this home in Marathon, Florida. The house was spotless upon arrival — very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy.The location was perfect to Sombrero Beach, which made beach days super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation in the Keys.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy Marathon!

Great Property

Had a great experience. House is in a fantastic location. Close proximity to an excellent beach and stores. Had a problem with the air conditioning but the property manager responded quickly and had it fixed on a Sunday evening! Was very impressed

Christmas

Enjoyed the dock. Was able to pet the manatees, turn on the hose and they will come up and drink, they have to have fresh water every couple of weeks. Close to everything!
