MARATHON ANGLER'S RETREAT i Marathon Àr en helt ny egendom med alla moderna bekvÀmligheter och en varm kustinredning! Ligger precis vid en kanal (bara 15-20 minuter frÄn öppet vatten) har det en egen privat brygga (kan rymma upp till 45 "bÄt pÄ en 30-hÄlls kaj), fiskstÀdningsstation, badtunna och tvÄ enskilda kajaker! Deras Àr en stadsdel strand bara ner pÄ gatan och mataffÀren Àr knappast en minut bort! Ligger i hjÀrtat av Marathon, MM50, bra restauranger och aktiviteter ligger inom en 5-10 minuters bilresa!

Sovrummet ligger pÄ övervÄningen och har en king size-sÀng, platt-TV, ett badrum med duschkabin och vattenkÄpa. OcksÄ pÄ övervÄningen finns tvÄ gÀstrum som delar ett hallbad. En Àr en kung med en platt-TV och den andra har vÄningssÀngar med en rulla (tvilling / full / twin), en platt-TV och en Xbox 360 med spel! GÀstrummet nere har en king size-sÀng, plattskÀrms-TV och eget badrum. Du kan njuta av en vacker utsikt nerför kanalen frÄn andra vÄningen balkong och fÀrgerna frÄn soluppgÄngar och solnedgÄngar!

Förutom badtunnan och kajakerna har Marathon Angler's Retreat gott om strandhanddukar, solstolar, strandleksaker och paraply och brÀdspel (plus en tv i varje sovrum och vardagsrum, XBOX360 och spel)! Njut av grillning (bÄde kol- och gasgrillar) pÄ den tÀckta uteplatsen nere! Det finns ocksÄ gott om parkering för din bÄt trailer och bilar (tÀckt parkering för tvÄ och en parkeringsplats pÄ sidan av Villa som kan rymma ytterligare bilar och bÄt trailer)!

Charming private pool area

I spend a lot of time looking at properties and reading reviews before booking. This turned out to be our favorite rental and would definitely book again! The pool was definitely the highlight. Perfect size and actually bigger in person than the pictures look. Perfect number of bathrooms to go with the bedrooms. Set up was great. House was super clean. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and even beach umbrellas. This was our first time in the Keys and Marathon was an excellent location choice. Right in the middle of the keys and an easy drive to go see the sights and eat at restaurants on other keys. Property manager Meredith was easy to communicate with and was very nice! We will for sure come back to the Keys and hope to stay here again!

Great getaway

The pool was perfect for my boys! It is huge, not the small soaking pools most local places have. The vegetation makes it feel private. We enjoyed the daily visits from the lizards and crabs and the kids had fun fishing from the dock.

Marathon Key Getaway

Great getaway home

We did enjoy the house, the pool and hot tub! The bedrooms on the street side are a little noisy with garbage pick up at 4:30 am and louder traffic. House location is perfect for the beach and groceries.

Great Place to Stay

Our stay in Marathon was great! Meredith was very easy to communicate with and the house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend to have the pool heated! It was perfect temperature for our kids - especially with the temperatures being cooler the days we were there.

Family Memories Made!!!

We have stayed in many house rentals before, and none were as nice as this one. House was very well stocked with everything to make you feel at home, very clean and well maintained. The pool was a great size with patches of shade and sunlight throughout the day. The location was perfect with a 15 -20 minute boat ride to the ocean, a 2 minute drive to Publix and a few more minutes to Home Depot. Property Manager was amazing and answered our one question immediately. We made family memories to last a lifetime! We will be back!!

Great place

Perfect for 2 families with teens! We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked along with laundry detergent and 8 beach towels. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and we never ran out of hot water. I would recommend more blankets and know that the beds are extremely firm

Great place

Clean, well stocked, dock was in great condition, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Best thing about this property is the foliage around the pool for privacy and shade and ample parking.Opportunities would be additional washcloths for the bathroom - each person only had one for the entire week and washing just 8 wash cloths is not efficient. Also the ‘neighbors’ across the canal were unfortunately train wrecks worth watching but their antics got old as the week went on. Thankfully the house blocked 99% of the music at night so they didn’t interrupt our sleep.

Location is super convenient to stores and beaches, house was clean, along with the pool and hot tub. House stocked with things we would need throughout the week (pool toys and floats, towels, extra blankets, spices for cooking etc..) Overall amazing stay!

Amazing property- close to the beach, groceries and community park! The kitchen was well equipped, the pool area was a great place to hang out, and house was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time.
