Laura: We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. We are glad that you felt the interior was clean. The Home Owners Association has been working on exterior improvements as weather allows. I am unsure regarding your comment of not having a hot tub as we don't advertise as having a hot tub onsite. We visited with you initially at the very beginning of your stay, but didn't realize you felt your stay was terrible. There was no communication of your discontentment through the message board. We could have certainly looked at other options early into your stay. Again, I apologize that you were unhappy with your stay. Jamie
