Denna enhet är utrustad med Colorado-konst, vackert inredda och ligger i hjärtat av centrala Estes. Stort fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, WiFi och kabel. Avancerad luftkonditionering / värmesystem nyligen installerat och mycket bekvämt. Njut av snöskor, vandringspinnar och en ryggsäck samt många andra "nödvändigheter" för ditt Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centralt beläget i centrum ovanför shopping på gångavstånd till shopping, restauranger, golf, Estesjön, biografer och den välkända Riverwalk. Sitt på däck och njut av paraderna längs Elkhorn Ave, eller promenera längs Riverwalk som ligger precis utanför dörren. Fiske, vandring, klättring, skridskoåkning och naturligtvis shopping är alla inom några minuter efter din vistelse. Medan Starbucks just flyttade ut från byggnaden är de fortfarande inom gångavstånd och Kind Coffee ligger bara ett kvarter bort. Starbucks lämnar har faktiskt skapat mindre fottrafik, parkering och buller från leveranser eller skräp. Och igen, det är fortfarande nära. Våra tidigare gäster älskar platsen.

Loftet är utrustat med ett privat sovrum och ett andra vardagsrum / sovrum för att enkelt rymma fyra gäster. Köket och matplatserna är enorma och erbjuder en bekväm plats att sträcka ut och njuta av. Besök under snöperioden och använd snöskorna för din vistelse.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit des Lofts waren top. Für die Lage würde ich gerne 6 statt 5 Sterne vergeben. Auch der Gastgeber hat immer schnell reagiert.

This was the perfect place for myself and elderly parents. It is located right in the middle of the down town area. It is a quick walk to food, shopping and entertainment. The elevator was a blessing. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean. The host was amazing with communication and friendly. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely space right in the heart of Estes Park close to restaurants, bars and shops. Also not a long drive to the Beaver Creek entrance to RMNP. Parking was across the street in the public parking which was mostly fine however due to beer festival we struggled for a space and parked in the free multi storey until it quietened down. To note Elkhorn avenue has quite a bit of traffic noise into the evening which we weren’t expecting. So if you are a light sleeper there are ear plugs provided by the host.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The parking pass works great for the lot across the street. It has everything needed for a great vacation.

Very awesome location. Easy to check in and out. Very communicative hosts. I only gave 4 stars since there was a major issue with light coming in the morning. The skylight and windows let in a lot of light that woke up myself and my family (traveling with little ones as well). We notified staff and hope this will improve with future guests. But otherwise it was a great stay. If they fixed the lighting, we’d definitely be back

Awesome loft, Perfect location

Everything within walking distance of downtown becauseyou are downtown. Beautiful views from the loft.The stay was excellent. Hope to go back and we will be staying at the same location in available. Owner was very easy to communicate with. So do t miss the opportunity to stay here.

Great!

The loft was an amazing stay! Perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and included everything you'd need for your stay, including a parking pass. We visited in March and didn't have any trouble with parking during the day or evening. The host provided very thorough instructions for check in, and only required us to start the dishwasher before check out. I highly recommend the loft, and we would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Estes Park!

Great location!

Stayed for 3 nights Fri-Mon, late March.We picked this location to be close to the shops and restaurants. This unit faces the street, so there is some noise from passing vehicles or folks walking along the sidewalk. However, at night, it gets very quiet and we were able to sleep through the night without issue. We were able to use our streaming device with the TV and that was a nice departure from hotels where your own devices are difficult to plug in. The only thing we wished was better was the shower. It didnt reach the temp we are used to at home, but it was adequately warm. We also would've liked a little more adjustability on the showerhead; it seems to point in only one direction. The water pressure was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was great to be able to walk to everything we wanted and didn't have to worry about driving or finding parking. Thanks!

Perfect in every way

Super convenient location. Easy access. Super fast response from the owner when we had a question. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a nice dinner. We will stay again if we can :)

Steps away to Estes Park and surrounding area

The Art Loft was a cute and cozy condo with a well appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We stayed during the off season (mid-November) so we had lovely views off downtown Estes Park’s beautiful Christmas/Holiday decorations without the usual summer traffic. Sadly, it was too cold for us to enjoy the deck overlooking Elkhorn, Estes’ Main Street, but the view of Twin Owls was a wonderful way to start each day. Smaller families and couples looking for an alternative to hotels and motels who want to experience downtown Estes will not be disappointed by the proximity to shops, restaurants, and local events that this condo offers. Being steps away from Kind Coffee was also a special treat.

Perfect Stay in Estes Park

Cozy little place in the perfect location. We were able to park and walk to most places. If we did need to drive, we were in a central location and it did not take long to get anywhere. The inside was clean and cozy, exactly what we needed for a little getaway. Highly recommend booking this for your stay in Estes Park.

We like to think of ourselves as experienced travelers and vacation rental property hosts. We love both and we love having unique properties in Estes Park to offer to you. One of the things we discovered in our travels around the world and in the good old US of A is the advantage of being centrally located. A morning run, a walk to a coffee shop to start the day or to a restaurant or bar at the end of the day is a great way to see a town and experience life as a local. In fact, we think its the only way to travel. In addition to travelling and enjoying coffee and dining we love to be outside hiking, biking, camping or having fun with our family.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The location of this property is the first draw. Estes Park is a beautiful place that people come back to year after year for the last 100+ years. That will not change. We also love central locations as it makes travelling more convenient, less hassled and very relaxing. If you have ever stayed within walking distance to the things you want to see and the places you want to shop and dine then you know what I mean. Once you arrive grab the town provided parking pass and you can forget about driving to get places if you want. There is so much just outside your door, including
a free shuttle bus into the national park. Second, this condo is gorgeous and so unique. The artwork and decor are stunning. This property is so far above staying in a hotel room the experiences really can't be compared. The addition of a large kitchen with room to work and living room, in addition to the luxurious bath and bedroom round out a terrific loft.

The prior owners started renting this property in 2015 and very quickly built the reputation of this unit as a first class accommodation. You may recognize this loft as the Art Loft owned by local art gallery owners Tamara and James. In just over 1 years time then received 51 FIVE STAR ratings out of 51 from their guests. A perfect score! Unfortunately for me those reviews cannot be carried over to a new listing. But we are confident we can continue the tradition they started! The unit is perfect as is and we don't plan to change anything. And vacation rentals are not new to us. Tamara and James were interested in selling it to us because we have other similar properties in this building and they knew we would be able to continue renting this property to their standards. We are thrilled to offer this unit to vacationers in our beautiful village that are looking for a unit above and beyond the ordinary.

Very tastefully decorated space with plenty of room for 2 adults and two children. The full kitchen will not only allow the convenience of eating meals in the unit but will also allow you to save money over a much smaller hotel room and constantly eating out. So stretch out, relax in this beautiful loft and relax after hiking in the park or seeing the sites around Estes Park.
