The property was fabulous and within walking distance to everything. The unit was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I loved the pool and the beach. It was fantastic! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful property. Condo is bright and cheery. Exactly as pictured online. Deck, pool and beach make this an ideal location to stay in when in South Haven. Quick responses by property owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything needed for a relaxing week away from home

The studio was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of little extras, like a small cooler ( I forgot to bring mine) to take down to the beach. It has everything needed for a great time away from home.

Thoroughly read the "lease agreement" you must sign before you finalize booking this condo. There are many more rules listed in the agreement than are listed on the VRBO "house rules" and the manager is not understanding at all if you break the rule, no matter the circumstances. When we arrived at 1:00am, we did not see other rules which are posted either, so when we had a cigarette on the beach the following day, it was grounds for eviction... so is smoking in the parking lot Also, when the manager demands to know your room number, you must provide it to her, or it is grounds for eviction. Didn't read that in the lease agreement either.... She didn't even tell us who she was until my wife said "and you are?" The rules state that they are suppose to introduce themselves first before asking all the questions, but she didn't do that. The room was OK... sand in the bed on the first night when we crawled into bed. The upstairs neighbor would start making noise before 7am like they were practicing juggling with bowling pins and dropping every other one. noise would start at 10pm for an hour too. when they walked across the floor above, it would crunch and thud with every step. Sounded like the plywood was delaminating (crunching) and the thud with every step proved there was zero insulation between the floor and ceiling. The wifi did not work for the first 2 days, then when it started working, the tv would buffer every 2 minutes for 30 seconds and sometimes disconnect.

Perfect summer vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect! The private deck, beach and pool are all amazing. Sleeping arrangements for 3 in the studio sized apartment was a little challenging, but we knew that going in, so not really a surprise. Couch/futon was not the most comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom shower had a lot of water pressure, which was nice but it made keeping the water IN the shower challenging. The Apartment is very well equipped with almost anything you could need for your stay. Overall great experience!

The condo was a studio which was a bit tight for our preferences (and the requirement of 7 days stay). In addition, while it was tastefully decorated, the unit is in need of an update in regard to the bathroom and other creature comforts. Perhaps suited for a younger couple or a couple of gals on a girl's trip.
