Property is within just a few steps of all the activity - shopping, dining, the river and the beach. A comfy, clean and great place to stay overall. The spiral staircase is a good feature as long as you don’t have balance issues. The kitchen was well supplied and great to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3rd stay at this condo, and it remains our favorite lodging in South Haven. The location is incredibly practical. South Beach is walkable and many restaurants are nearby. The sleeping arrangements require a little maneuvering for our family of 4, but it works perfectly for us. The two adults take the queen bed up in the loft. Downstairs, one kid sleeps on the pull-out sofa, and we set up a small air mattress (supplied by us) on the floor for the other. The unit is clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the practical household supplies we need for the week. We plan to keep coming back.
