> Only a few minutes from the sea and the Promâ, in a beautiful luxury residence, Apartment just renovated & air-conditioned. Right in the city centre, very quiet, with a pleasant balcony, this contemporary apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

> This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a High Standing residence, with a doubly secure entrance, a large elevator. It obviously remains accessible by stairs.

> NEIGHBORHOOD
> A few steps away from the beach, Place Masséna and its shopping avenues, the pedestrian zone and the Old Town, it is ideal for a seasonal rental. The "Alsace Lorraine" metro station direct from the airport is a few minutes walk from your apartment. 10 minutes will be enough to walk to the SNCF station to go to Cannes, Monaco and all seaside towns.
