Detta exekutiva fritidshus nära Disney är perfekt för din stora familj. Hemmet är öppet och luftigt med välvda tak. Det stora vardagsrummet är utrustat med en stor TV och DVD-spelare. Familjerummet är perfekt för barnen att leka med PS2 (endast familjespel) med sin dedikerade TV / DVD-enhet och är ansluten till bottenvåningen hallen. Den formella matsalen är perfekt för att samla familjen. Det stora välutrustade köket har en stor frukostbar och är redo för dig om du tröttnar på att äta ute.
Första sovrummet på första våningen är utrustat med en king size-säng och ett handikappvänligt sovrum.
Den andra våningen sovrummet är utrustat med en queen size-säng och ett badrum i badrum.
Det tredje sovrummet är 'Mickey Room' och mycket populärt bland barn i alla åldrar och har två enkelsängar.
Det 4: e sovrummet är "Sunshine Room" som också är utrustat med två enkelsängar och ligger intill badrummet på övervåningen.
Den privata söderläge skärmad i poolen är perfekt för att sola.

This was our third time staying in this house and it definitely won’t be our last! We love this house and everything about it. Perfect distance to all the parks, plenty of food and grocery stores. I can’t wait for our trip next year! I would live in this house full time if we could.

The pool was great. Water got warm at night.

This house was big enough for us clean and had pots plates coffee maker, spoons everything we use to cook, was great and convenient.

Home away from home

Our family stayed for 2.5 weeks and had a wonderful time. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect. My kids loved the game room and dance dance revelation. Husband loved how close it was to several golf courses. The carpets are a bit “loved” but we had a great time and we’d definitely recommend it to others wanting to stay in this area.

Room to spread out!

We are a family of 6. We were very happy with the space to spread out in this house. The little’s enjoyed the game room and the teen liked being left alone by her siblings. This place is a little worn, but overall, clean and comfortable. I would recommend another stay.

Winter getaway

House was spacious and clean. Living room furniture and house in general is dated but comfortable. Location was close to disney attractions but traffic can be heavy at times. The backyard was nice and private and the pool was inviting and clean. The pool heater did not work while we were there which was unfortunate. Host and property management responded quickly to our requests.

Great location

stayed in Hampton Lakes area before so I knew it was a great place to stay to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The property is in dire need of renovation. The living room furniture especially the couch have seen better days. The carpet in the bedroom was not the cleanest either. But with Covid not that long ago I am assuming owners are not in the best position to upgrade evereything at the moment. But I would say that this villa needs looked at soon. But the location and the amount of sun you get in the day is great.

Disappointed

Sadly, upon our arrival the pool resembled a swamp. After contacting the rental management his response was that he only cleaned pools on a Wednesday. It was evident the pool pump/ filter was not working. They knew this prior to our arrival and failed to advise us or attempt to fix it. Our three grandchildren were extremely disappointed. We went 4 days without access to the pool and no offer of reimbursement. The house was advertised with private pool. The house is dated and needs a good clean, freshen up. The towels are thread bare and dirty, bring your own. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was good. The location is good and quiet. Despite the house short comings we enjoyed our vacation.

Orlando Trip

This house is absolutely beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to find and close to many different stores and restraunts. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely absolutely stay here again!

Good Disney Vacation Home!

Property layout was real good for my family vacation and location was great too!Kids tried to use the swimming pool one of the warmer days while we were there but waster was still not warm enough to swim much.PlayStation 2 drive was not able to read any game or movie disks but that was OK for us since my kids were able to watch youtube videos from Roku TV app on bug screen TV.Overall my family enjoyed staying at this property!!!

Great spot a little bit farther out from the parks.

The house was very clean and set up well. The pool was perfect size for us. There are two Starbucks within a mile and two Publix near as well. It’s within 30 minutes of most of the Disney parks. A little farther to universal. Owner was very easy to work with.

Amazing home

We are just back from a 10 day stay in this villa. The villa is beautiful. 3 spacious rooms upstairs and a master with en suite bathroom and walk in closet on the ground floor. The pool is a good size and has some chairs and sun loungers round it. The chairs and loungers were a little dated but with a towel over them did the job. We did have a few problems with the air conditioning unitwhich was leaking and soaked the floor upstairs. However the property manager was so helpful and was easily reachable and even came to look at the problem and got the relevant people out to look at the ac unit. There was a slight problem with one of the toilets upstairs overflowing but again this was sorted easily. The property manager was amazing and checked in to see if everything was alright after our problems we encountered. Over all we had a great holiday in this villa and would definately book again. The only drawback realistically is that you definately do need a car to get around as you are a while away from shops and restaurants. But, that is just florida as a while really. We loved this holiday and this villa.

Certainly NOT stunning

This was a vacation that we enjoyed because we managed to rise above the many shortcomings of the property. In truth and without exaggeration this property is oversold - it is not just tired and would benefit from an upgrade - parts of the property are in a state of disrepair with cupboard doors hanging loose in the kitchen and the lenai failing to keep out the insects from the pool area. The kitchen is short on utensils, glassware and 'picnic ware' suitable for use around the pool.The acerbic comments of the owner cannot deflect the fact the property is NOT of the standard promised in the vrbo listing.

Wonderful vacation week

We spent a week here and really enjoyed our time. We spent a lot of time in the pool. This was our second time staying in this rental because we love the location and the house is pretty awesome. It does need a little updating and a few more pans in the cabinet to cook.

Relaxing with family

House was not cleaned when we got there contacted the property manager they came out the next day. TV and playstation 2 in the spare room not working at all. The owner was very responsive to our concerns. Location is good noise level is high house is located off of hwy 27. Air conditioning is set between 72 and 76 degrees very hot at night bring a fan. Pool was great spent a lot of time in it.

Fantastic

This is the one of the best properties we have stayed in. It is large and super clean. The kitchen is stocked for all your needs. There was plenty of towels. I have read the reviews prior to choosing this home. I am here to tell you the pictures do not do justice. We felt very safe and relaxed. The pool was perfect and clean. This is a great rental for couples and family's. And the directions that Mr Conrad gives is spot on. You are close enough to everything ypu could need but not to close that you dont have any worries. Out of the 18 homes we have rented this is in the top 3. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you again.

Disney vacation

My family and i recently stayed here for 6 nights. We did 3 park days so this location was great for us. Took us less than 30 minutes each time. A ton of restaurants/ food places and stores are also in close proximity. The house itself was big enough for my family of 6. The adults could hang out at night without disturbing the children. The pool was great during the hot days.

While we love living near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we purchased this home because we would like to spend the winters in Florida after retirement. (The PA winters can be cold and snowy). This is the only vacation home we own. We love our home and while maintain it to a high standard, we like the styling that was popular 20 years ago. Some might say it's dated. We like to say it's quaint. We also decided to let others share our home to help us with some of the costs.

As previously mentioned, we maintain our home to a high standard. We also try to price the rates so that it is less expensive than 2/3 of the comparable homes so that it is affordable to the average family on vacation.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are a unique blend of closeness to Disney (8 miles from Animal Kingdom) and being far enough away from Disney to be in a quiet neighborhood that is reasonable in cost.

We have an amazingly private southern facing backyard (when compared to our neighbors). While many homes in Hampton Lakes have rear and side neighbors that have screen houses that are 5-10' feet away, our unique pie shaped lost makes our backyard extra wide. Additionally, neighbors on both sides have fences, which provide even more privacy. AND, we have no rear neighbors!!
