Serendib Villa är en fantastisk villa belägen på den prestigefyllda utvecklingen som kallas 'Calabay Parc', som ligger bara 15 minuter från Disney, och byggd på ett bevarandeområde med vacker utsikt över skogen bakifrån.

När vi är på semester föredrar vi bekvämligheterna i hemmet. Därför renoverade vi vår villa som ett lyxigt hem hemifrån med helt nya toppmöbler och modern utrustning. Vår villa erbjuder ultimata lyxigt och rymligt boende med alla bekvämligheter du behöver för att göra din välförtjänta semester komplett och minnesvärd. Det är den perfekta platsen att återvända till och koppla av i slutet av din hektiska dag i temaparkerna.
Det har en fantastisk utsikt från solnedgången över solnedgången över bevarandeområdet på baksidan av själva villan, om du skulle kunna riva dig bort från temaparkerna tillräckligt tidigt.

Wonderful well appointed spacious villa

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this very spacious and well appointed villa. The pool was excellent with a hot tub and plenty of space around it to socialise. A gas bbq was also provided. There was a very professional pool table and a separate football table in a games room at the front of the property. The kitchen, lounge , dining area , bedrooms and bathrooms were all very well appointed, spacious with quality bed linen and towels. The villa is superbly positioned and very quiet as it backs onto a nature reserve. Disney is 30 mins away and local Publix and Walmart superstores close by.

3 week holiday in Florida

We had great holiday staying in this villa. The outlook at the rear of the property was amazing. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Simply great property, accommodations, and good location

Property as described. Overall, very pleased with the full experience. Property owner was superb in communications and timeliness of responses. Only "complaints" (and I say that lightly). The beds are more firm than I prefer, but my spouse was pleased with the mattress. Some cleaning issues such as some other reviewers have mentioned, namely in bathroom fans, etc. But those are very minimal.Overall, this was a 5-star property. Especially considering the price.

No plans Vacation -just relaxation

Stayed at the house for my son’s dance competition at Gaylord Palms. The drive was close. The house was perfect for relaxing- we loved the pool; quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Spacious

Our family of four had more room than we even needed with five bedrooms and four bathrooms! The pool was great for relaxing in the evenings. My boys loved the pool table. I was able to wash laundry before heading back home! Overall, great experience!

This property is great. Heated pool was perfect for the kids. Close to Disney. the grocery store and restaurants. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Golf Trip

Everthing was great. Even replacing the Grill tank.. We called and they came to replace the empty tank withi an hour.. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, lots of space

We enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the AC; the owner kindly sent maintenance out at 10pm and the maintenance people were quite rude. The owner was apologetic about this and remedied it. There's lots of space for the family to spread out.

Grand Disney Vacation

Thank you to the host for your hospitality. This was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that has enough room for the entire family. The pictures for the listing don't do it much justice. You have to see it for yourself. The location is convenient to the Disney Parks and shopping. The host was quick to respond the two times that I had to contact them. This is most definitely on my favorites list.

Great Location / Quiet Neighbourhood

Stay went very well. Sam was an excellent host.. any issues that arose they were swiftly dealt with. A long term rental checked out before us, so some things they didn’t notice needed to be fixed and it was done quickly. Only issue would be the stove - it could definitely be replaced. Burners will work when you play with them. Hot tub and heated pool were excellent. Thank you!

The property was accurate based on website description. Communication with property manager was excellent and flexible. Significant problem with ants and other insects. Ants covered nearly all kitchen surfaces despite daily treating with insecticide provided in the house as well as leaving no open food. The stay was otherwise enjoyable.
