Serendib Villa är en fantastisk villa belägen på den prestigefyllda utvecklingen som kallas 'Calabay Parc', som ligger bara 15 minuter från Disney, och byggd på ett bevarandeområde med vacker utsikt över skogen bakifrån.

När vi är på semester föredrar vi bekvämligheterna i hemmet. Därför renoverade vi vår villa som ett lyxigt hem hemifrån med helt nya toppmöbler och modern utrustning. Vår villa erbjuder ultimata lyxigt och rymligt boende med alla bekvämligheter du behöver för att göra din välförtjänta semester komplett och minnesvärd. Det är den perfekta platsen att återvända till och koppla av i slutet av din hektiska dag i temaparkerna.
Det har en fantastisk utsikt från solnedgången över solnedgången över bevarandeområdet på baksidan av själva villan, om du skulle kunna riva dig bort från temaparkerna tillräckligt tidigt.

Place was nice

I loved the place, I would recommend it to anyone. Only complaint was it needs to have a day of maintenance. Few things we found needing to be fixed. AC unit stopped working on last two days, shower head was broken, jacuzzi light stopped working, bedroom drawers need fixing, some light bulbs need replacing. And smoked detectors need replacing. Stove didn’t work in beginning. I still thought place was really nice and had a great time. I also want to thank owner for giving us a month of heat for pool. That honestly made the trip so thank you. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to anyone.

Simply great property, accommodations, and good location

Property as described. Overall, very pleased with the full experience. Property owner was superb in communications and timeliness of responses. Only "complaints" (and I say that lightly). The beds are more firm than I prefer, but my spouse was pleased with the mattress. Some cleaning issues such as some other reviewers have mentioned, namely in bathroom fans, etc. But those are very minimal.Overall, this was a 5-star property. Especially considering the price.

3 week holiday in Florida

We had great holiday staying in this villa. The outlook at the rear of the property was amazing. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious

Our family of four had more room than we even needed with five bedrooms and four bathrooms! The pool was great for relaxing in the evenings. My boys loved the pool table. I was able to wash laundry before heading back home! Overall, great experience!

Plenty of space, and great layout. Very close to 5/5.

Overall, it is a great place if you have a large group. The two “master bedrooms” are very nice, as is the single bed bedroom upstairs. My wife and I were in the master bedroom right by the pool, and only noticed minor flaws. I’ll start with this. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had, so I’m assuming any little details might’ve been because of whoever maintains the property. In our bedroom the fixture that holds the fan/light remote was hanging on by a thread and appeared to have been nailed into the wall multiple times, with little success. The vents to the fans in the bathrooms had a good layer of dust built up, but again, nothing major. Also, most of the dressers were very loose and/or missing screws or knobs. We were told by the owner that management would place the trash and recycling out front, but it did not happen while we were there, and judging by the trash inside and outside of the cans, it wasn’t before us either. The pool was great, the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 4 kids, with my mom and sister visiting). Overall, I know it may seem like I have a lot to complain about, but it was a great property. Again, whoever is maintaining the property just needs to pay attention to the small details. I do apologize if my children forgot to put a half of a watermelon in the trash, and left it in the fridge. I will add again, the owner of the property was very quick to answer any questions we had. 4/5, would easily be 5/5.

No plans Vacation -just relaxation

Stayed at the house for my son’s dance competition at Gaylord Palms. The drive was close. The house was perfect for relaxing- we loved the pool; quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

House was huge and nice! Got in before the 4pm check in time. One of the drains didn’t work upstairs and the pool was dirty but contacted the property manager and they had a pool cleaner come out the next day! House was a little dirty but nothing major. Good bang for your buck

Cozy and welcoming

This property was perfect for us. Plenty of space for all our couples. I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and it smelled so clean. I’m a clean freak and loved that the entire house was extremely clean! Thank you!

Grand Disney Vacation

Thank you to the host for your hospitality. This was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that has enough room for the entire family. The pictures for the listing don't do it much justice. You have to see it for yourself. The location is convenient to the Disney Parks and shopping. The host was quick to respond the two times that I had to contact them. This is most definitely on my favorites list.

Family Disney World Vacation

The home is very nice. Very clean! Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The younger ones enjoyed the game room. Plenty of bath towels. The only thing missing was kitchen towels & pot holders so I bought some & left them for all of the next guests to use. The pool & spa are very nice! Having TV's in each bedroom is very convenient. The extra den is nice. Although the neighborhood is busy it's very quiet. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The property was accurate based on website description. Communication with property manager was excellent and flexible. Significant problem with ants and other insects. Ants covered nearly all kitchen surfaces despite daily treating with insecticide provided in the house as well as leaving no open food. The stay was otherwise enjoyable.

Nice place, lots of space

We enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the AC; the owner kindly sent maintenance out at 10pm and the maintenance people were quite rude. The owner was apologetic about this and remedied it. There's lots of space for the family to spread out.

Spacious and clean

We had 8 people in our group and this home was plenty spacious for us all which was great because my kids argue in small spaces 😅 Location is great with it being so close to many stores/restaurants. I saw some reviews about the stove top before booking but the only issue was the front left burner. As long as you set it on high it works great! If we ever go back down there we would definitely stay here again.

Safe and friendly neighborhood

Clean and welcoming home. The pool and hot tub are great after a long day enjoying the parks. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly.
