POOL HEATING: The pool heater is turned on between October 15th and May 1st as it is, not necessary with the warm temperatures in Arizona to heat the pool during the other months of the year. *The pool will not be heated after May 1st until October. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure cover stays on the pool.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.

Even better than advertised!

Everything is as exactly as advertised/pictures or better. They even provided starter toiletries so we didn't have to run out right away. The house and especially the back yard is absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time just hanging out back in and around the pool and hot tub (which we were surprised they had just added a few weeks prior to our stay.) The house and property was the perfect size for 2 couples to either hang out together or also spread out for privacy. It's definitely a great size if you want to throw some kids in the mix as well, there's a bunk bed room we didn't use. The location was perfectly centralized to everything we wanted to do and very close to shopping (walking distance) while still being on a quiet cul de sac. 100% would recommend and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area.

Exceeded expectations!

We were first time VRBO renters, so we weren’t sure what to expect but, wow, this property was fantastic! Very clean and plenty of towels, etc. The amenities were definitely what made our stay. The pool water was warm, like bath water, so perfect anytime of day/night. We were surprised by a ping pong table, foosball and two video games in the garage and everyone, even non-golfers, took advantage of the putting green. I would definitely rent this property again.

Loved the Private Backyard

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a few initial concerns soon after arriving, but Mitch quickly replied to my texts and addressed them. We loved the backyard!! The heated pool & the mix of bushes and trees almost felt tropical. The putting green also helped everything not be rock or concrete as well. No neighbors can directly look into the backyard from the surrounding homes which was very nice! We would definitely stay again. My only other feedback would be that the top rack of the dishwasher constantly came off the tracks (texted him pictures while there, but he didn't acknowledge) & there really isn't comfy furniture to sit on inside the house.
