Njut av detta vackert ombyggda hem - behålla sin historiska charm. Gorgeous öppen planlösning i huvudbyggnaden, som har tre sovrum och två badrum, inklusive en master badrum och ytterligare den som sätts upp med en bar och läsning utrymme. Det finns också ett separat bedårande pensionat som kan hyras - med ett sovrum, ett badrum med privat kök, vardagsrum / matsal och tvättstuga (VRBO # 973039). Stora underhållande hus med stor bakgård inklusive en eldgrop och massor av lounge möbler och industriella lampor sprang överhead. Svarta inramade fönster och svart hårdvara hela, vacker industriell belysning med glödlampor, moderna träplattor, mintfärgade köksskåp i huvudbyggnaden med opal bänkskivor, industriell bondgårdsläge med industriella element. Gott om plats för parkering och en kort promenad till lätta järnväg som tar dig till Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix och Tempe. Det är mycket bekvämt beläget i Melrose historiska distriktet i centrala Phoenix. Massor av bra restauranger i närheten.

We came to Phoenix from Lake Havasuto get some medical work done at barrows spine Institute. The house was just perfect just as advertised and shown on the website. The host and hostess were very good. Also, nice little house in a great little district. My wife and daughter really enjoyed all the nice restaurants around there. Thanks again.

Exceptional Home, Location & Service

This home is beautiful, well-appointed and so comfortable! All of our family thoroughly enjoyed it! The owners were kind and helpful and made our visit to celebrate my son's graduation amazing! We are looking forward to our next visit in December!

Perfect location

A well stocked kitchen, a lovely heated pool, plenty of space for a family of five; the children loved the back yard. Bees were a problem now and then, but not much to do about that without knowing the site of a nest. Brooke always available and helpful. Thank you for everything.

Great long term stay!!

Loved the home and yard. The grandkids and adults loved the heated pool which was great with the cooler weather in February-March. All questions and issues were resolved quickly. Neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed for 35 days with our dog. Wonderful place to stay.

Lovely stay

Booked this location fairly last minute for our travel to the AZ National Livestock Show. While the house wasn’t super close in location, it was perfect in size for our family and close enough. The house was very modern and super cozy, and close enough to everything else we needed nearby. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

I'd do it all over again

I recently stayed in a home in Phoenix, AZ, for four days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The property was exceptionally clean, both inside and out, with spotless bathrooms and kitchen, and a neutral smell that made it feel welcoming right away. The check-in process was seamless thanks to a detailed email I received days in advance, which provided all the necessary instructions in an easy-to-follow format. In fact, the home itself exceeded my expectations—it was even better in person than in the pictures on the listing. The host was very responsive throughout the entire stay, answering any questions I had quickly. One of the highlights was the fully stocked kitchen—it had everything I could possibly need, which made cooking a breeze. It honestly had more amenities than my own home! The only small issue I encountered was figuring out how to use the heated pool option, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. As for comfort, the beds were great, and even though I was initially concerned about the instruction to keep the AC set no lower than 75 degrees, it turned out to be just right given the 100+ degree temperatures outside. The home stayed cool and comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. It was a fantastic stay, and I honestly can't think of anything I wish I had known beforehand. Everything was well thought out and provided, making for a stress-free experience.

Beautiful Home in Great location

The home is newly remodeled, many great finishing touches. Came with our teenage son and layout provided both separate and share space to hang out. The pool and backyard provided fun and relaxation. Great location to downtown, airport and GCU. Owners go above and beyond in communication and support. Highly recommend!

Amazing Family Friendly

The house was absolutely perfect. Enough beds and space for everyone. Renovated, beautiful, safe home. My daughter (5) LOVED all the toys and games along with the pool. Communication was top notch! They even made a special request/accommodation for us.

Comfortable and relaxing stay!

Even though we were here in Phoenix area for only one night , the house was ready to receive us and give our family instant comfort in a great location close to good food and a short trip to the airport. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and they made the most of our short stay. Thank you !!

Perfect base to explore Phoenix

What a lovely spot for a family holiday, in an ideal location. Completely central to Phoenix attractions, yet backyard by the pool was peaceful and quiet. More spacious inside and out than we expected. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners’ communication thorough and helpful. Zero complaints - will hope to be back someday!

Excellent place to stay

We traveled to Phoenix to attend a concert and this was the perfect place to stay. The house was very cute and clean and filled with all the amenities we could possibly need. With it being close to 100°, the pool was so amazing and refreshing and the patio table was a great place to hang out and play games. We were only 15 min from the airport which made it easy to drop off the friends who left earlier. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning!

Had everything so clean, everything we needed for our 3 year old, toys entertainment and convenient with all tvs in every room, the pool was amazing, such a friendly home feeling vibe and also in such a prime location! Would rent it out again ! Thank you!
