Detta rymliga, 3 000 kvadratmeter 2-zoner luftkonditionerade strandhus med en pool ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde. Det ligger bara ett kvarter väster om Bradshaw Beach och tvärs över gatan från Liliesjön.

Detta rymliga hem har plats för 24 för middag. Perfekt för stor familjesemester eller underhållande på stranden! Inga promgrupper! Vardagsrum för TV-tittar och barområde för rekreation. Tvättmaskin, torktumlare, utomhusdusch ... allt med bara ett kvarter till stranden!

Kom tillbaka från stranden för att njuta av den uppfriskande poolen och soldäcken. Grill ute på en gas Weber grill, eller laga inuti på ett GE-gasområde. 2 kylskåp lagrar all din mat och dryck med lätthet. Diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kastruller, pannor och köksredskap komplettera det fullt utrustade köket. Vi har 4 cyklar för din användning.

Fyra kvarter i norr är i början av Point Pleasant Boardwalk fylld med butiker, matställen och nöjen. Andra attraktioner i närheten inkluderar golf, fiske, vårdinrättningar och restauranger. Amazing Home and View

We had a wonderful week’s vacation at this home. Newly renovated, very clean, and beautiful views of the lake and close location to the beach could not have asked for anything better to close out the summer. And Denise and Joe were amazing hosts.

The house is amazing! Perfect location on the lake and a short walk from the beach, ideal with a 6&7 year old in tow! Denise and Joe were amazing host and were there whenever we needed! Awesome family trip…Will go back again!

It was a great location

Pleasant time in Point Pleasant

The property is beautifully landscaped and the house is roomy, clean, and well decorated. Beds are comfortable, a/c is great, and the pool is a nice change from the ocean. However you can't beat the very short walk to beach. One small block!! Great location. Walking distance to boardwalk but away from the noise. Nice private beach. Loved our stay!! Would recommend to friends and family.

Great location, kitchen, pool and AC!

We grandparents, two sets of parents and 3 babies plus one exhausted Labrador had a wonderful week. The kitchen is really well equipped with ample nonstick pans and two refrigerators. Beds are comfortable and the AC works great. Very good dog friendly tile and wood throughout high traffic areas but enough carpet in upstairs and living room for the babies. The owners care about the property and it shows in the lovely poolside flowering trees and plantings. All beach badges accounted for!

Location! Location! Location!

We stayed two weeks in this perfect beach vacation home. Oceanbreeze is one block from the beautiful private oceanside Bradshaw Beach, just a few houses down from the bird sanctuary of the Lake of the Lilies, four blocks from the southern start of the lively PPB boardwalk & has an awesome fenced pool deck (with dolphin fountain, pool toys included, changing room with hot & cold shower, large BBQ grill, deck chairs & dining table with chairs & umbrella.) The pool is in full sunshine all day & was part of our routine each day. Just off the deck is an outdoor beach shower & a storage unit that contains beach toys. There are two downstairs bedrooms (one set of twins, one queen with queen sofa bed) opening up to the living room which has a large screen TV & a fireplace. There are 5 nice bedrooms & 2 modern baths upstairs. The dining area is huge (open to the kitchen) with a large screen TV, two complete dining sets (one seats 6 & the other seats 10 easily), a high chair & also a 4-chair large kitchen island with sink & a 4-stool full bar with specialty lighting & stereo just inside the pool sliders. By the front door are several books with very handy information and maps about nearby restaurants, bars, shopping & attractions. The landlords, Denise & Joe, were kind enough to leave wine & cheese & a snack basket for our arrival—perfect! Happy hour on the second floor deck overlooking the lake at sunset was an important part of each day! The gourmet kitchen is large enough to have many cooks working at the same time & we were always able to find whatever type of implement, small appliance, platter, pot, pitcher, tray, tool or glassware we needed. There are even two refrigerators! The beautifully renovated downstairs bath is just off the kitchen. The house is on a corner lot & there is driveway parking for 2-3 cars--we never had any trouble finding parking spaces for additional cars right outside the house on either street. The best part for us is that we could ride bicycles to anywhere we wanted to go: the beach, the boardwalk, downtown shops, restaurants, festivals & even the famous & fabulous Joe Leone’s Italian Market! We rode bikes, we kayaked, we swam, we surfed, we flew kites, we made sandcastles, we karaoked (we even arranged a yoga lesson around the pool), we played, danced & dined on the boardwalk but, most of all, we relaxed & had a perfect vacation! Yes, everyone, from age 2 to 70, insisted we book it again for next year! Thank you, Oceanbreeze!

Great Place! Very accommodating. Lots of swans!

Emily met us to check in, which was super great! The house was perfect - very spacious, nice kitchen/bar area. Walking distance to the beach. Great spot in Point Pleasant.

Great for a big group!

My girlfriends and I had the best time at our Point Pleasant Beach rental home. It was in the perfect location and walking distance to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants and shops. Plenty of beds for sleeping and entertaining. Would highly recommend!

Spacious, great location and well kept

This was a fabulous house for my family and I. There was a ton of space in the house and the pool and deck was a favorite for us all. The beach was a very short walk from the house. The neighborhood was very nice and we loved taking the bikes for a ride. We would recommend this place to anyone and will be checking on renting it the next time we are in the area. Thank you for helping my family build more wonderful memories!!!

What More Can You Ask For!!!

What a wonderful family vacation home! ALL the amenities of home and more. The house is immaculately maintained inside and out. Kitchen is totally equipped. Bedrooms are large and airy with comfy mattresses and a TV in each room. All three bathrooms are beautiful. Living room is great with a large screen TV. Dining Room seating is outrageously spacious, and don't forget about the Bar! Pool is pristine and such a plus for a family with little ones.. Totally enclosed outside shower and changing room with hot and cold water. Great Weber Grill right outside the sliders to the deck. A short (and I mean short) walk to Bradshaw Beach. Beach passes included with the rental which is fantastic. Only a short walk to the boardwalk. The owners, Denise & Joe could not be more accommodating, totally hands on, and just a phone call or text away to answer any questions. On their recommendation, we ordered steamed lobsters from Point Lobster Co. and they were delicious! We can't thank you enough for letting us into your home. Our perfect week went by too fast but the memories will last a lifetime. We definitely be back next year. Thank you again!!

Beautiful Location and Perfect "Wedding Weekend"

Dear Denise, Just a thank you for allowing us to rent your home this past weekend. It was perfect for so many reasons. Friday night we gathered for a quiet family dinner of ten before all the craziness of the weekend began. The table was perfect and we all fit comfortably around it. Saturday found us shopping for additions to our catered selections from Joe Leon's at Costco. With two refrigerators we had no problem storing all we needed. We rented a hall for Saturday afternoon for those coming in the night before the wedding. On Sunday your downstairs was the perfect setting for ten girls to get hair and make up done while I set up breakfast and then later lunch to feed them all. I couldn't have found a better house where my immediate family and my daughter's friends could prepare for the big day. The weather was perfect! Monday, we crashed but I did get to walk the boardwalk. Thank you for the snacks. That was very kind and most appreciated. Sincerely, Cyndy Behrens

Great Girlfriends Getaway

A wonderful place to spend with your family or friends. Plenty of room to spread out and not be in each others way. Loved the pool and walking distance to the beach. Our weekend weather also cooperated. Thanks to a wonderful owner who made the rental a pleasure. Thanks Denise. Hope to do it again.

Wonderful location

Wonderful location and comforts. We rented two locations for a soccer team participating in a local tournament. Everyone loved the properties; they were clean and comfortable. Owners were very accommodating. Plenty to do in the area. We would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous and Professional

What do you want in a Jersey Shore Vacation? You get it all here. The house is as gorgeous as the pictures. Worried about post Sandy house trouble? No worries here. Nothing but relaxation. When we arrived, we were provided with a gift basket of chips, cookies and wine, and a platter of cheese and crackers in the fridge. We also were provided with menus to local restaurants for take out, a wonderful necessity to have on our first day of arrival as we did not want to immediately rush out. Only 4 blocks from Jenkinson's Boardwalk, although I enjoyed a wonderful walk all the way to the inlet. You're one block away from an absolutely spectacular private beach complete with 12 badges. Have elderly or infirmed relatives that can't handle the rough Jersey Shore surf? No problem, enjoy the pool instead. Well within distance of great dining, Jenkinson's Aquarium, and Shopping. The showers are spectacular (I miss the one shower in particular, relaxing and wonderful). And pet friendly. Our elderly pooch relaxed in peace and security in this wonderful home. Easy WiFi if you need computer access and there are 6 premium channels on cable for nightly movie fun. Any concerns or problems I had were answered the same day. Deposit was returned slightly over a week after we returned home as promised. The rules for the house are simple and reasonable: take out the trash and recycling and use the washing supplies provided so the appliances work properly. I saw no issue whatsoever. My family enjoyed their stay immensely and suggested we go back, next time, for 2 weeks.

Fabulous Beach House in Point Pleasant

My family spent a wonderful week at this very lovely beach house. From the well appointed kitchen and updated bathrooms, to the cozy living spaces, the attention to detail was appreciated and everything was in good working order. Close to the beach, boardwalk, stores and pharmacy, we enjoyed a few fun local eateries and an excellent ice cream place too! Not to mention the fun we all had in the backyard swimmng pool! The next time we decide to rent a beach house we will definitely be back!

Best Beach House Ever!

My Family and I spent 4th of July at 112 Washington one year. We had the greatest time of our lives! The house is phenomenal, it has anything and everything that you need at the beach, including beach passes to the private beach! Everyone in my huge family (kids, parents, grandparents and great grand parents) had there own rooms and space. It was truly wonderful!

Great for a large family!

Denise & Joe - Hope all is well for you. Life has been good for us. This is a long time coming....but we had to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your beach home this past summer. It was everything that our large family needed! I could go on and on about how you have made your beach home the perfect home away from home, but I promise I won't. The space in the house is so well laid out and the furnishings are so accomodating. The kitchen was just as you had said....it had everything that our "love to cook together" family needed! The pool was beautiful and added so much enjoyment to our visit. And the beach!!! The beach was never crowded and was so clean. The kids loved the space to play their Kam Jam and even brought out a blanket at dusk and played board games out there. Our granddaughter loved the board walk and we loved taking her. It was just perfect. Our daughter-in-law and son-in-law celebrated their birthdays while we were there and all of the "kids" went out one night and had a terrific time on the board walk and the Tiki bar. Ok....I said that I would not go on and on!! We had to let you know that we had and engagement this past August and that the wedding is set for September 23rd 2011! As great as that news is it will make it difficult for us to spend a week at your beach house again this upcoming summer. We just wanted you to know that we are looking forward to planning a beach vacation in your home the summer of 2012 but will have to pass on summer 2011. Great layout provides incredible views of the lake and wildlife. Watch the swans, ducks, and geese as they swim around on thelake. We are very close to the beach and onlly 5 blocks from the Boardwalk on the quiet side of town.
