Beautiful views of lake, sunsets & dreamy days make it a perfect place for your vacation.
Conveniently located with close access to highway. About 20 min drive to best Scottsdale restaurants, Westgate sports complex and shopping center. Nearby Arrowhead mall, P83 restaurants, grocery etc.
Great hiking with vast city views at nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park.

Nice winter getaway

Nice property. Right on the canal which was nice to sit out and watch the ducks, geese and other wildlife on the water. Given the opportunity to sit out back and view the waterway, it would have been nice to have a reclining chair or lounge chair on the dock to sit rather than take the patio chairs down to the water. Other than that, a nice stay.

Great house on the lake. House had everything we needed for a weekend. Perry was a great host. We would stay here again.

Lake house

The house is in one of the best locations for a Phoenix vacation. Large enough for three couples. On the Arrowhead Lakes. Every thing you need is in the house. It would have been better if the fish were biting. And there was cold Beer in the refrigerator when we arrived. Nice to have on arrival.

Great, quiet neighborhood on a lake

Great place to call home for a few days...short drive to the spring training action. The check-in/check-out was easy, place was quiet, place was clean, and all that while on a lake! I would definitely return

Home on the Waterfront

We loved the home from the moment we walked in the door. Two separate living spaces, large, bright kitchen open to family room, lovely bedrooms with good sized beds and plenty of towels and bedding. We spent a lot of time on the back patio overlooking the water and enjoying the variety of friendly geese, ducks and birds swimming by. Having the BBQ was a plus. Perfect location near trails, gyms, shops and parks. Will visit again the next time we are in Glendale.

Poor management skills

Unit was poorly run, poorly stocked and somewhat in disarray. I needed a receipt for my stay and was unable to get one from VRBO or the owners, jeopardizing my insurance claim.
