Fully Renovated DIRECT Oceanfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool with a peak of Garden City Pier which is a quarter of a mile away. This condo features a fully stocked kitchen, quartz countertops, tiled showers, smart TV's, bathroom towels, bedroom linens, and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. The living room sleeper sofa also has a queen memory foam mattress. This complex offers an elevator to the first floor unit. The airport is just a short 10 miles from the condo. Enjoy nearby attractions such as Brookgreen Gardens, Broadway at the Beach, local shopping, Market Common, Huntington State Park, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and so much more. Come stay in our beautiful beach condo and experience everything Garden City Beach has to offer!


We also provide some basic items to get you started: 3 Trash Bags, 3 Dishwashing Tablets, 3 Laundry Tablets, 1 Large Roll of TP per Bathroom.

All linens and bathroom towels and beach towels are provided for your stay!

Very clean. Wonderful view. Easy access from main road. Comfortable mattress. Decent shower. Well equipped kitchen (we just cooked breakfast). Very tight parking especially for large vehicles. Easy check in with digital door lock.

We’ve stayed at this property three summers in a row, and it continues to exceed our expectations.Krista is incredibly responsive and easy to work with, which makes the entire experience stress-free. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, and more. You truly can just show up with your clothes and start relaxing.The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the pier, and the space itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A truly lovely rental. We can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Easy booking, great communication, condo was exactly as presented in the listing. From the moment of arrival I was amazed at how beautiful and CLEAN everything was. It’s a lovely condo, perfect size for our family of 4. The view of the beach and the size of that deck was amazing. Furniture was so nice. I will miss sitting on that deck everyday. The access to the beach was great, pool was taken care of so decently clean, and atleast when we were there in June the mornings were very peaceful, not too crowded.

Great Location and Amenities

This is the nicest, cleanest unit we have ever stayed in and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Close to restaurants as well as the Garden City pier we did not have to go far for food or entertainment. Owner was great to deal with and very responsive. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Lots of reasons to Love this condo!

Four retired women friends from 3 different states (PA, NC, VA) had the best time! The condo was decorated beautifully and was well stocked
.best out of all my stays. The extra car parking on Pine Ave. was easy and never had a problem finding a space. Enjoyed dining at Drunken Jacks, Malibu’s, Dead dog Saloon, Greg’s Cabana. We have stayed in N. Myrtle area for over 30 years with our families and have decided Garden City, Murrells Inlet area is our new favorite location.

Our stay was great from the beginning! We had a little trouble with the lock to get in (totally operator error) and the owner called and walked us through it. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. Having beach chairs available for use was a great bonus for sure. Very guest friendly. We will stay here again in the future, I am sure of it!

Nice place, enjoyed our stay!

Very nice condo. Very well equipped, everything you need for the beach is on site. Kitchen very well stocked also. Great location, beach just a few steps away and within walking distance of the Pier and restaurants. Communication with owner was very good also. Will look to book here again in the future.

Perfect beach location!

I am so glad that we found this property! The space is just as described on the website and communication with the hostess was great. First floor condo with beach access just a walk through the back door! Nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked to make you feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. You could tell it had been recently renovated with up to date decor and styling. It had a wonderful location with direct beach access. First floor condo made it easy to load and unload with steps, but an elevator was available with easy to access. It was clean and the owner was very easy to contact regarding any concerns or questions. Our family of 3 adults and two kids (ages 5 and 2) had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again.

Perfect!!

Such a cute place stocked with everything you’d need from pots and pans, Keurig, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a washer and dryer! Beautifully decorated and you feel like you’re home! The beach view from the balcony was perfect while sitting out there drinking your morning coffee. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely stay there again!

Amazing rental!

Our family of four has stayed in multiple homes in Vrbo and this one was by far the best. The location is perfect. It was beyond clean. Krista has thought of everything you could possibly need in the home. Soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, chairs and umbrellas etc. Stop looking and stay here! We will be back.
