Mycket rymligt lägenhet med 1100 kvadratmeter bostadsområde. Köket har vackra bänkskivor i granitie, tillsammans med vanmor i marmor i båda badrummen. Balkongen har direkt tillgång från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Sovrum, vardagsrum och balkong har alla en fantastisk utsikt över viken mot viken och den vackra vita sandstranden som Panama City är känd för. Andelslägenhet beläget på första våningen för enkel åtkomst till stranden och till promenader i sällskapsdjur. Vi har en utsedd täckt parkeringsplats precis bredvid trapphuset, med enkel åtkomst till vår enhet när du inte vill vänta på hissen. Check in was simple, only used washer/dryer, WiFi was good. Our issue was convenience, the day after we arrived, construction started and was noisy from 8am-5pm and caused an inconvenient detour to access beach. Super hard beds, very small kitchen and recliner didn’t work.

Close to ocean

Apartment was close to the ocean with good view. Bathroom drain was very slow. Was. Not told buildings were under construction, cockroaches on the property (not in the unit) Cleaned and swept but was accused of leaving sand all over as well backing up the shower drain. Sand gets in property because location is on the beach

Everything we needed and more

Property was everything as advertised. It was my wife, myself, and out little pupster. More than enough room to be able to decompress for the week. Location is great. Close enough to be able to Doordash a lot of different restaurants. Owners have been super easy to deal with. Absolutely pleasurable experience. Would definitely stay with again.

Vacay 2023

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Unit was perfect, easy access to beach and pool. Senior spring break

Perfect location on beach and the sunsets were beautiful. Condo has plenty of room with 2 beds and 2 baths. There was also enough room for my pets. We spent a week there and had a very nice time. Host was most helpful also. Thanks for letting us stay and relaxing during our spring break.

Stunning View!

The condo was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bedroom has an extraordinary view of the ocean. Awesome televisions with any kind of shows or streaming you could ask for. Close to elevators so it was easy to take our dog out. She loved it too. We will definitely be back here again! Thank you, Jane and Ron. Wonderful folks to rent from!

November Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay; we wish we could have stayed longer. Condo is very comfortable and sunset views from the balcony were wonderful. Walk to the beach was easy from first floor location. Close to heated pool, too. Glad we could bring our pet. We want to come back!

Jane and Ron’s condo was much more than we expected. Decorated really nice, all the furniture was great and comfortable. The oven view was tremendous. Hope to come back next year… Our pups loved it to..

Great unit!

Loved the unit and the great beach views from it! We especially appreciated the covered parking spot and its proximity to the stairwell door next to it (kept us dry when we returned during a thunderstorm!) Jane was very easy to work with and communication was great before, during, and after the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

All About the View!

If you want a spectacular view, beautiful pool and easy beach access this condo is it! I only contacted the owner once & she replied quickly. They allowed our dog to join us, which was very appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Water pressure in the hall bath was awesome! TVs & some furniture have been updated since photos were taken. I would rent from the owner again. However, there were a few issues that the owner needs to address (I contacted her upon check out, because they didn't require immediate attention.) There was also an unfinished wall in the master bath sink area, which was a little off-putting. The master bed was very firm. The guest bed was comfy, but the frame made a lot of noise when simply rolling over. There were other issues, but not the owner's fault. There is a lot of wind noise that enters through the main entry door. There are stray cats everywhere and even a sign stating "feeding the cats is prohibited on the Dunes property." There's also structural damage on the building and even duct tape on an outside door besides the office. The unit itself was fine & clean, owner was friendly...but if you're wanting "luxury" I'd look elsewhere.

Awesome Vacation Getaway

I believe we have found our new family vacation spot! The views were spectacular! Couldn't beat them! The condo was great! The beds was so comfortable too! We are already looking at the calendar for our next visit! This has been the best family vacation and even our furbaby had a great time! I highly recommend booking this little paradise!! Ms Jane is a sweetheart to talk to and very accommodating. Found a lifelong friend in the process!!

The place has great view from both master and living rooms with big windows. Everything was just great and even parking spot was under building (extra feature ), + beach chairs, close to everything, very clean. Thank you Jane!

I am a retired Georgia State Trooper and my wife ia a Registered Nurse. We own a farm in North west Ga above Atlanta, We have 2 children, both are grown and married and we have 3 grandchildren. We love animals and know how it is to have to leave them when you go on vacation so we are pet friendly for small pets weighing less than 40lbs; for larger animals we can try to make special arrangements and consideration.We have tried to make our unit very nice and modern, while trying to consider how hard it is to go on vacation in this current economic hard times.We ask that all of our guests make themselves at home,but to treat our home like you would your own home and to also be considerate of the guests checking in behind you.

It is safe for your children to walk around the complex and you not be afraid for their safety.We strive to keep our unit updated and nice looking for your time of enjoyment with us. We know going on vacation is expensive so we try to stay competive with our prices.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Extremely beautiful direct view of the ocean and the gorgeous white sands of Panama Beach. Very easy access to local resturants and all the ammenties that Panama City has to offer, yet quite and remote when you require that feature. Covered parking stall right next to the stairwell for quick access to the unit if you are striving to stay healthy!
