Family beach getaway

First stay at the dunes. Enjoyed the never overcrowded pool and beach areas. Nice property right on the beach.

Great place to stay!

This condo is a great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed every minute of it. Being able to take our dogs was a major plus! The property manager was quick with responses and getting a few minor things fixed for us. We will be staying again.

Convenient Location on the Quiet End

Nice unit and location on lower floor with easy beach and pool access, convenient to shops and restaurants without being in the middle if all tourist madness. Older property, which we like not in a big tower. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Just minutes from everything! Free beach service! Everything was just as stated! Really my only issue was worn out electric plugs was so worn out that they wouldn't even hold your phone charger in.would definitely recommend changing those outlets!

Very Nice!!

Had a wonderful time on our first spring break in Florida. Owner was easy to work with. Condo was spacious and loved the tile floors. The heated pool was my favorite. Property was clean and had security on site 24/7. Great view from the balcony. Very comfortable beds. Our family will definitely return next year. Thank you! Mike and Angie

We did not stay in A209. Due to construction, we were offered another of Todd's condo's B406. It was a little different, but it was fine. We had an issue with the toilet, air conditioning and the television/cable. The onsite handyman Bob took care of everything or saw that it was taken care of, and our stay was FATASTIC. Fabulous weather. The King size bed was so comfortable.

Spring Break 2012

We had a great week in P.C. and really enjoyed this condo. The pictures are accurate and the unit was clean and updated with new fixtures in the kitchen and bath. The view from the balcolny was nice and we didn't mind using the stairs. The only downside of the condo is the sofa bed, it is old and very uncomfortable for sleeping. The beds in the unit are clean and comfortable. If you don't need the sofa bed you will be very happy in this unit. The owner was easy to work with and available to answer questions. I would recommend this condo and the Dunes of Panama to my friends and family.

Karen, Thanks for the great review and you are absolutely correct, A209 is a fabulous unit with the Granite Kitchen, Stainless Steel Appliances and fabulous view of the ocean. We are please to share that while the sofa itself is in great shape, the mattress on the sleeper sofa was in need of replacement and that was done with a new serta mattress last week. Thanks for the heads up on that, and please do contact us when you are ready to return- we would love to have you!

Great place to stay with pets

The condo was just as described on the advertisement. Great view! Fantastic access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants and shopping.The only complaint I had about the property was the carpeting in the bedrooms. But, it’s the end of the season so I understand. They offered to come and clean it the next day, but I was hesitant because I was afraid my dogs would take the advantage of the lifted smells in a wet carpet. Todd is very friendly and very responsive to questions. The on-site management is very helpful and friendly as well. It was a great trip and I can’t wait to go back again!

Old sofas and beds

Bad- The mattresses need to be replaced. Hard and sink in the middle. The dishwasher kept backing up into the sink and smelled terrible. Sofa sank when you sat on it. The AC vent was full - need to replace it. Good- great view and good location. Pool was nice washer-dryer in unit was great Easy access to room by stairs. Nice balcony to enjoy

Susan, thank you very much for your review. We are sorry we fell short in meeting your expectations on the below minor items but are surprised by your comments. All mattresses in A209 were replaced last year and our onsite property manager did confirm we ordered firm mattresses. The Loveseat and Sleeper sofa in the living room were just delivered in February 2022 and is brand new. We did confirm with our onsite property manager that you did NOT report the issue with the dishwasher and immediately upon reading of this review we addressed that issue- we wish you would have brought that to our attention during your stay. We are soooo glad you enjoyed the view and the location and the amenities in the unit itself. MY wife and I work very hard to ensure our guest have a great experience and we are very sorry we fell short on your expectations, A209 has been booked every week since our snowbirds have left and is booked for most of the summer season and overall, we get great reviews. We hope you will give us another opportunity to shine in the future. Todd

Great stay!

This place was great- great view and right on the water! My only complaint were the shower heads and I let the owner know. The mattresses were not that awesome but we did not loose any sleep. The convenience for our dog was great- the place has a little dog trail and took him to the pier to swim which was so close!

Loved it!!!

For an older complex We loved the condo!!! the pools and property were so clean and nice. ..We have stayed in several over the years in PCB. The condo was beautiful, spacious, plenty of room for 8..The pools were fabulous..Very clean..The view was perfect... The kitchen is very well stocked..Loved the end of the beach, no traffic and very convenient to everything....We had a awesome time and will definitely stay here again.. Thank you so much!!!! We are glad you enjoyed the recent updates we did and you found the condo spacious, especially for the 8 in your party. We are glad you also enjoyed that oceanfront view- it is pretty amazing from our balcony, both from the master bedroom and the living room. You are absolutely correct when you said the DUNES OF PANAMA is conveniently located to everything, a 5 minute drive to WALMART, RESTURANTS and everything you could imagine you need at the beach.
