NEW KITCHEN REMODEL in 2024. "Nauti or Knot" has been refreshed! Now available and filling up fast. Fabulous waterfront property located on Grays Inn Creek with 4' MLW and a private dock with an area to launch kayaks and small boats. "Nauti or Knot" now accommodates up to 18 guests. Lots of waterfront space to relax on the 2nd floor sundeck or read a book on the 1st floor screened porch. Enjoy the scenery and watch the boats go by or explore the area by kayak and/or paddleboard (provided). Bring your fishing gear or crab nets and fish right from your own dock. Enjoy family and/or friends in the waterfront TV/Game room while watching the boats and osprey of the area.

The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (2 king rooms, and a queen room) with 3 full bathrooms, a large open design kitchen, dining and living room. There is a large screened porch to relax and watch the waterfront activities. A picnic table to casually dine enjoying local cuisine and crabs.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 daybed with trundle and 2 bunkrooms), and 2 full bathrooms as well as a powder room off of the large waterfront TV/Great Room.

Bring your own boat or jet ski's and dock them on your private pier. Or use the provided kayaks and paddleboards to explore the area by water.

The town of Rock Hall is close by with its own beach, restaurants and local shops to explore. Or visit, the historic town of Chestertown, also nearby with more restaurants and shops to explore. And don't miss visiting the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge nearby.

Excellent family vacation house

We did a family trip with three generations. For those looking for space for a lot of people, this is it. What was wonderful was that the master suite was on the lower floor so senior citizens did not need to worry about stairs, there is even a wheelchair accessible ramp to get into the house. There was a great big long dining room table that was perfect for all of our needs. There are two big comfortable living rooms, one upstairs one downstairs, so there were multiple hangout places. The screened in porch was also highlight. The kayaks were a great treat, a number of us went out. Also, we were only about nine or 10 minutes from restaurants and markets. It was a perfect day for us.

We really enjoyed everything, location and house was really great. I think neighbors should be more understanding, that it is a vacation property so some sounds should be expected.

Wonderful Time at Nauti or Knot

We ( a group of 16 women) enjoyed having our annual retreat at Nauti or Knot. We stayed for a weekend and the accommodations could not have been better! The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. The living room was able to sit 16 comfortably and the dining room table was big enough for all of us to have dinner together. This is an excellent house!! Our only complaint and it’s minor is that the freezer door was really hard to open.

Great place for our family!

This was a great location for our whole family to stay together! We were comfortable and loved the house. It was fun learning to use the kayaks and paddle boards, and we drank coffee looking at the beautiful view each morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Nauti or Knot. The property was beautiful, spacious, clean and as described. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. Diane was easy to reach with any questions. We would love to stay here again! Five stars!

Rock Hall family spot

This place is the hang out spot. We were in town for a wedding and had a big group of family with us. This place had plenty of space, a great screened in porch, fire pit, swimming and water toys to enjoy. The birds, bald eagles are fun to watch as well!

Great home to rent for multiple families!

4 families enjoyed this beautiful, spacious, clean home for four nights. Most of our time was spent outside kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, grilling and sunbathing! We saw many bald eagles as we sat and enjoyed the large backyard. Bring your binoculars:) We enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table and loved the screened in porch. So happy we rented this home in Rock Hall!

Great for groups!

This is a great house for a big group- plenty of shared space both indoors and out, generous bedrooms, renovated bathrooms, and a very peaceful waterfront location. The water amenities (kayaks, paddle boards) were built-in fun that we didn’t know we needed! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

The property is BEAUTIFUL and very accommodating. The layout is perfect and spacious. I give the owner a 10 out of 10. I can tell everything is well thought out to make your stay a perfect and wonderful experience. This property was the topping on our family Thanksgiving.

Even better than expected

The house is massive! We were pleasantly surprised by the space. We loved it, the neighbors were very friendly and the town is so cute. Would love to stay again. Check in/check out was simple and Diane was very informative.

Golf group

12 golfers enjoyed our stay. Clean comfortable plenty of room. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils. We cooked dinner each night, breakfast each morning and we needed to be creative with the pots and pans.

An amazing family vacation

We stayed over the last week with 13 of us. It was an extended family group, in town for a wedding. The house suited us so well, and gave everyone the space needed! Diane was an excellent host, and very responsive when we contacted her. The entire group hopes we get to go back at some point in the future.

Awesome!

The house was very suitable for our group of 14 ladies. Although we did not use the three top bunk beds, two of the ladies volunteered to sleep on the sofas. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the screened porch, the great room and large dining table. We would definitely like to return to this rental house.

Really nice home on the water

We linked up with two other families. The home is large, two separate living rooms and a lot of bathrooms. The screened porch is amazing. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and down time. The LARGE kitchen/dining room table was a great place for us to not only eat but spend time together. We brought firewood and used the fire pit as well. Lots of parking and very responsive communication with property management.

Amazing River stay for Family Reunion

16 family members stayed for a week in this brand new remodeled home. Perfect for gathering together for large dinners, living room conversation and outdoor nighttime fire pit and roasted marshmallows. Provided kayaks were a plus. And the visiting bald Eagle across the river and the many blue herons.. the rooms were very comfortable with two beautiful very large ones. Everything was just right except the small kitchen which will be remodeled and enlarged this winter. It’s an extremely calm and quiet area with a river front neighborhood. You’ll love it!!!

Family Magic

Family, Crabs, Fishing, Fireworks, Food and Relaxing in this very spacious and beautifully renovated dream home! Watching my a grandson walk (fully alien for the first time!) completely around the large great room then to the windows facing the water….All while I heard my family in the back ground laughing and enjoying crabs at the 16’ long dining room table! The upper balcony overviewing the water is amazing! The rooms are all incredibly spacious and the bathrooms are gorgeous! We knew we made the right choice and have already booked next year! Thank you for the lovely stay!!

Family Christmas

We a wonderful stay. Enjoyed family time together ,enjoyed the kayaks and the water view. . It was off season so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However we planned on eating in so not a problem . The grocery stores were open and had all we needed. The layout of the house is wonderful! Open floor plan on the main floor so you never feel like you miss anything. We used every inch of this space. It allows for being all together and having time apart. The house exceeded my expectations . Better than the photos. I think a broom would have come in handy to clean up a bit after ourselves 😊

So much space and nature!

This property was just what we needed. We had 16 people, 6 of them young children. There was so much inside space for everyone to enjoy themselves whether it be together or in another TV room, screened in porch or the deck. The dock was great for fishing and crabbing, and the wildlife during our kayaks was amazing!!! Bald eagles, Blue Herons, Egrets and unfortunately jellyfish. I highly recommend going to Rock Hall beach. It was quaint and so easy to access. The jetty provided protection for the kids, but we would also walk out past it as it was shallow and float on our tubes. The amenities provided also well surpassed what I am used to. Coffee pods, Tp, paper towels, shampoos and conditioners. They really thought of everything! This was exactly what our family needed to reconnect and relax!

Had a great time, but had some issues

Location of home was great and the availability of amenities was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and proximity and access to the water. The home was the perfect size for our family of 16. We did have a few issues. We were unable to check in at the time indicated as the cleaning was not complete. Two missing boards on the dock posed a danger, so we needed to purchase materials to install two new boards. The cost for these materials was $50. We are anxious to see if a kitchen upgrade is planned. The amount of space and the appliances were dated and did not reflect the other rooms in the home.
