This listing is for a KEY LIME GROVE villa (Units #11 or #12 or #13 or #14 or #15 or #17 or #19 or #20), at Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina. Not a view of the ocean, but only a short 2-3-minute stroll from the oceanfront amenities We do not specify exact villa number until day of arrival.

Cocoplum sits on a rare Florida Keys beach with a rare zero-edge pool that overlooks both the Atlantic and the sandy shore. It’s an ideal spot for family reunions or two couples traveling together. Enjoy deep-water docks along a protected canal (with water and electricity), a heated swimming pool (heated from Dec 20 to March 30 and is just not necessary at any other time of the year. with ocean views and a jacuzzi. Located at mile marker 54.5 in the central Florida Keys, the property enjoys great year-round weather perfect for fishing, diving, & relaxing in the tropical climate. Please note: Motorized watercraft, including boats, jet skis, & all motorized toys—are not permitted on the beach. Most guests stay for 7 nights, arriving and departing any day of the week, though shorter stays (3 to 6 nights) may be available on request. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home is fully furnished, offering a full kitchen & dining area, a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen & twin bed, and a family room with a queen-size sofa bed (sleeps up to six). Additional amenities include 3 flat-screen cable TVs, a spacious screened porch, & a private laundry room. We include high speed comcast fiber Wi-Fi throughout the property. On the ground floor you’ll find the utility area with washer, dryer, bait freezer and storage. Exterior stairs lead to the main entrance on the first floor (dining, kitchen, balcony), while an interior spiral staircase takes you to the second floor (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, wet bar). Please note, no elevators are available.

Very clean, nice area. Unique villa. Nice pool and beach area. Quiet resort, family friendly. Parking available close to Villa. Too many steps though and would have been better to have a bathroom on first floor near dining /kitchen area. We could see various improvements made.

Great location in central Keys; on the beach close to restaurants and activities. Close enough for a daytrip to Key West.My kids loved the pool and the unit came with two tennis rackets, which was a surprise.The screened in porch was great for eating meals and playing games in the evening.The units are not handicap accessible in any way, requiring ascending a spiral staircase but that was not a problem for us.

Great stay and location

Was a wonderful stay and location. Quiet and pleasant. Screened porch was amazing for family dinners and relaxing. Pool was perfect, with an option for both sun and shade.

Super clean! Room,pool,beach was so clean! We arrived after 5 and the late check in instructions were very clear and the process was easy. The bathrooms were outdated if that bothers you. Coffee pot,toaster and other appliances were very clean and looked brand new. The only complaint was the weird layout the kitchen is on the first floor and the habgout spot,bedrooms and bathrooms are on a different level so if u want a drink or snack u have to go down the weird spiral staircase. Also have to carry luggage up the same spiral stairs. Not terrible but it was not ideal for my almost 80 year old parents. Air conditioning was superb. Great location to stay somewhere not so party as key west but can easily drive down to key west and we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value for the money, nice central location, nice pool, hot tub, and grounds. Beach was a mess with seaweed and trash, and villas are cramped with a tiny kitchen, and tiny bathrooms, both upstairs (none on main floor). The villa was clean, though.

Quite and Beautiful Property

This was the perfect place to stay!Right on a private beach, the grounds were well maintained and beautiful.It was great to have the whole villa to ourselves rather than being in one of those skyrise condos.I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay at in Marathon!

Great first visit to the Keys

We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenagers- the place was clean though dated and had enough room for everyone to spread out. The property is wonderfully maintained, quiet and has amazing views Would recommend!

Pretty much perfect

Everything was pretty amazing that was under control (Mother Nature and her seaweed). Only wish is that maybe closer to activities for kids or bikes be available. Rooms, parking, pool, hot tub, beach, and employees were all amazing.

Just what we were looking for

Our family enjoyed our stay at CocoPlum very much. The quiet, family atmosphere was relaxing. Conveniently located with good restaurants and variety of activities nearby. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Winter get away

We just loved staying here. Quaint beach, pool and hot tub. Property is well maintained. Close enough to go to Key West for the day! Lots of fun going out on Capt Pips snorkeling cruise. Close to good restaurants, grocery stores etc. would stay here again

Clean and Easy

We arrived very late at night but the check in was handled easily in advance. Our unit was very clean and well stocked. The beach, pool and hot tub were all great and very close. Parking was easy and right at our front door. Overall a great experience!

Our pool is open year-round and heated from late December to March; the climate keeps it comfortable for the rest of the year. Marathon is considered the heart of the Florida Keys! Go deep sea or backcountry fishing, sailing, diving, or snorkeling at an incredible coral reef, then unwind at nearby restaurants. Key West, known for its vibrant history and endless shopping, is 54 miles south. At least one guest in each group must be 25 years old or older. Maximum occupancy is six per villa, including children; day visitors are not permitted. Only registered guests can use the resort’s amenities, maintaining its intimate character. The resort sits right on the Atlantic beach. The front four units are “Beach Front” (most expensive), followed by six “Palm Court” villas (moderately priced), eight “Key Lime Grove” villas (best value), and finally two “Tropical Island” villas (least expensive), which overlook the tennis courts and are only a brief walk to the beach and pool. Traveling with a large group? Multiple villas can be booked on the same property for extended families, friends, or corporate retreats. Amenities include beach access, jacuzzi, heated pool (Heated Dec 20 to March 30), full kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed, linens & towels, tennis court, basketball court, free washer and dryer in every villa, & sleeper sofa in the family room. Swim with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center, just four miles away, or take a scenic hour-long drive over the Seven Mile Bridge to Key West. The region is renowned for excellent fishing & diving all year, & some of the best tarpon fishing during May & June. Cocoplum is conveniently located 2.5 hours from Miami Airport, 3 hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport, & 55 miles from Key West. The scenic drive passes over 25 bridges connecting the islands of the Keys. The property sits right in the middle, truly the Heart of the Florida Keys.
