Palmer, tropiska växter, Sunshine kommer att omge dig i paradiset. Din vita sandstranden är privat (inte öppen för allmänheten) med solstolar på stranden och pool. Fastigheten har en Tiki Hut vid vattenbrynet där du kan BBQ (fisken du fångat) på gasgrill och äta med din familj eller följeslagare på vatten kanten.

Den uppvärmda poolen är också ett bra ställe att koppla av. Fastigheten genomgick en nyligen total anlagd renoveringen. Den lägenhet som är mycket ren och ljus har också helt renoverat med en välfylld kök, GE produkter och Corian toppar.

Det stora sovrummet har eget badrum, King size säng, platt-TV och balkong med vacker utsikt över havet. Det andra sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar och platt-TV. Den lägenheten var professionellt inredda med alla nya möbler inklusive madrasser / sängkläder.
Andra aktiviteter: Sitt på din privata strand och titta på Dolphin, Manatee, Tropiska fåglar tillsammans med andra tangenter Wildlife. Kajak, snorkla och sola sig i den varma solen.

Great Week

The property was great for our week long stay. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and the hours by the pool. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming and shared places to eat and things to do. The condo was just the right size for 4 adults and was quiet. Michael was great to work with and available for any questions or problems. The only issue would be if you have a problem with stairs.

Key Colony Beach was everything we’d hoped for a winter getaway

We loved everything about our stay at Key Colony Beach! The apt was spotless and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and the breezes off the ocean were so relaxing. Water aerobics an option, pool was sparking clean and sunny and everyone was so welcoming. And of the course the ocean was fabulous. We had a gourmet dinner every night. Finally,’our host, Michael, was terrific - immediately responsive and helpful (we were inquiring about EV charging). Great vacation! We’re definitely going back. .

Great Location!

My husband and I spent the week at this wonderful VRBO in Marathon. It was a great location and easy to take fay trips to the other Keys. Great communication from Michael. Thanks to his help we were able to watch the Key Colony Holiday Boat Parade in the neighborhood

Great location, wonderful family friendly stay!

We lived everything about our stay! Prior to arrival communication with the owner was wonderful. We received an email with information about the area/restaurants/activities that was very helpful and the restaurant suggestions were all amazing! Check in was very easy. The condo was clean and well stocked, exactly as pictured. The pool area was perfect. It wasn’t very crowded, but there were plenty of lounge chairs and shaded table seating. The beach area was beautiful as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap were all provided. Beach towels were provided, but if you have little ones that need a dry towel multiple times a day you may want to bring extra or quarters for the dryer (2.00 for washer/2 for dryer). The neighborhood was great for morning walks and Sunset Beach is just down the road for beautiful evening views! We loved our time here and would absolutely stay with these owners again!

Marathon Beach Condo

Great location. Property was super clean. Direct access to the beach for a nice walk in the morning. Close to restaurants and bars. Check in and out was simple. Marathon area is a great place to relax.

Beautiful condo & location

We throughly enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break. Key Colony beach is a beautiful area. We enjoyed time by the pool, grilling out almost every night and catching sunset at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was really clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were awesome! I felt safe in this beautiful little community and enjoyed walking every day. The sunsets are amazing at the park! I will definitely stay here again.

First time in the Keys

This property was perfectly located. Marathon is big enough to have options but not too big. Key Colony Beach is a great place. Dive shops, restaurants, and activities are all very close. We would stay there again our next chance to visit the Keys.

Paradise found

We stayed at this condo for one week to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. The condo was perfect for our needs. I enjoyed the private beach and sunsets at sunset park beach. There is so much to do and Michael was great at giving recommendations for all the activities. We rented kayaks and went to Curry Hammock state park. We went snorkeling at Key West with Fury. Loved it! We went reef fishing on the marathon lady party boat and caught a bunch of grunt fish which we ate for dinner. We visited Crane Point also and it was worth the $15 entry fee I think. The beaches nearby are just gorgeous; Bahai Honda state park beach is stunning and a sunset at Sombrero a must. We ended our stay with a fantastic meal at Butterfly cafe. Exceptional service and food. Thank you Michael for sharing this lovely place!
