Good Better Beach - Oceanview and Soundview in North Topsail Beach 4BR/3.5BA/Sleeps 11 - Elevator, Pet Friendly

Located on a corner lot just steps to beach access, you will enjoy the incredible ocean and sound views from the 6 decks of Good Better Beach. A whole-home elevator is a wonderful convenience for luggage, groceries, and guests. Good Better Beach is also pet friendly (one pet is allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee). In April 2020, the entire interior of the home was painted and new mattresses were placed in all bedrooms.

The large living room boasts ocean to sound views with windows on three sides and sliding glass doors to the deck. Enjoy your favorite shows with a large flat-screen TV/DVD/Roku. This is a great spot for movie nights and relaxing.

A large kitchen and dining area will allow guests to enjoy family cooked meals with the conveniences of home. Coffee Maker, Keurig machine, Margaritaville Blender, and tons of cookware accompany the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8...4 additional bar height chairs for counter dining are situated right next to the table. A covered picnic table is also on the ground level for guests.

All 6 decks have ocean and sound views, with plenty of chairs and tables to allow for great memories to be made at the beginning and end of each day.

A private Master Suite on the top floor has a California King Bed, two private decks, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with beautiful sound views. This Master Bedroom suite has a separate seating area and desk.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, all of which have Flat Screen TV’s:
‱ Guest Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite full bathroom
‱ A Kids Bunk Room with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed*
‱ Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed*
*These two bedrooms share a full bathroom

Washer/Dryer is also located on the second floor. No smoking is allowed in this home.

Plenty of parking is available, along with an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes on the way home from the beach.

Linens (bed sheets and towels) are not included with your rental.

For peak season rentals (April through October), Sunday Check-In and Check-Out are requested.

Please note home has a camera under the home where both entrances can be viewed for safety purposes.

So awesome!!!

Our party of 8 came down for a week to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. This house worked out perfectly. The elevator made it easy for my 80 year old parents. Kristy was so quick with answering questions and made the house super comfortable. Quick access to the beach, great beach! Had the best time, can’t thank you enough Allison. Would not change a thing.

Location location location

House is just as it is pictured. Location is perfect for beach and sound views. Short short walk to beach access perfect for those with little ones. The communication with owner was simple, easy, pleasant and I would recommend staying here for your vacation.

Birthday Celebration

Our family celebrated a milestone birthday with fun and games and runs on the beach. The house had a perfect layout for our family to gather and celebrate. Our granddaughter even said she wanted to live here!! She loved her bunk room who she shared with her sister.

Second summer at this location. Great house and very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. and the elevator is a plus. Beautiful views of the ocean and the sound with only a one minute walk to the beach. We look forward to staying again.

Great place

The property was a perfect place to celebrate family birthdays. The elevator was great for helping an older family member move easily in the house. The views were amazing, dolphins were spotted in the ocean and in the bay. Easy walk to the water and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was readily available and even extended early check in and late check out without being asked. We would use the property again

Great Spot!

Great house, great location, walking distance to the beach- well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a ton of space for a family & friends. The layout of the house was perfect & pet friendly 😊 Unfortunately, The weather was not the best so we spent a lot of time hanging out watching the Olympics and tropical storm Debby roll through. The communication with the owner was great. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again! Thanks again!!

Highly Recommend!

Is it bad that I don’t want to rave about this place to much in fear of it being booked all summer & us not being able to return every year? No, but really! This place was amazing! Beautiful home & very well stocked kitchen. We felt very much at home. The location was perfect and a very short walk from the beach. Communication with the host was easy & smooth & very responsive. We will definitely be returning :)

Amazing layout

This location was perfect for our family. My family of 5 was staying here with my in-laws. We loved that we had the bottom floor to ourselves and that there was an entire floor of living space in between, so we never needed to worry about our three toddlers waking up their grandparents on the top floor. The rooms were all good size. Lots of living space to hang out and relax in. Tons of decks. Quick easy walk to the beach. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Overall a great place to stay!

Good Better Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Good Better Beach. The place was very clean and just as shown in the photos. Beach access was right across the street. It took us maybe 10 minutes to get to the pier, so we really enjoyed the location. The house was VERY well stocked with dishes/ pots/ pans so we really loved that. The top floor had stunning views, and so did the main floor. Christy was extremely responsive and was available if I needed anything, which we did not need anything so that was a plus. I will definitely consider staying here again when traveling to topsail and need a place for a group.

Amazing getaway

Our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 children) had a fantastic time at Good Better Beach. This property was exactly as listed and what we needed. One surprise was the twin roll away bed which was perfect for one of our littles to have her own space to sleep. The views were beautiful, especially the sun set over the sound. Christy was great to work with, answering all questions in a timely manner. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and supplies for us to make meals right at the home. The kids spent most of the evenings and early mornings playing the board games that were provided. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute!

Great beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Good Better Beach. There were 6 adults, 2 teens and 1 toddler in our group and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach is a short 2-3 minute walk across the street. The house was mostly clean, aside from dust/pet hair under furniture and in corners but is to be expected with a pet friendly rental. Our only dislike was the lack of window treatments in the kitchen and upstairs master suite. The morning sun comes right through the kitchen window and warms the kitchen up quickly in the mornings, especially while cooking breakfast. The ocean/sound views were amazing. We had the best sunsets all week. Christy is extremely responsive and helpful, which made our week even better. We will be back!

Our stay was a quick getaway family reunion. Even though it rained throughout the entire weekend, the property had enough space to accommodate six adults. The property itself was more than comfortable. clean, kitchen well stocked, beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not venture out much due to the weather, but the view from the balcony was awesome.

Very clean, and a short walk to the beach. The elevator worked great bringing our gear up. Outdoor shower worked great washing our sand off. We bought groceries and didn't even need to go out to eat there was a fantastic kitchen to cook in.

This is a great property! Christy’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process. House was clean and well appointed as described. Check-In and Check out was a breeze. Good Better Beach has been part of a rental program for the last 4 years through a local management company, and beginning in 2021, our family will be managing this property for our guests. Since purchasing this home in 2018, we have upgraded all of the furniture, including mattresses, sofas, flooring and lighting fixtures.

We have always wanted a house at the beach and looked for a home that we could easily walk to the beach to relax. Good Better Beach is 50 yards from the beach and has amazing views of both the ocean and sound, creating many breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the decks of the home. With 4 bedrooms and an elevator, Good Better Beach is ideal for any size family looking to get away! Topsail Island is known for its great beaches, being a sea turtle sanctuary, and has many great restaurants within 15 minutes for dining.
