North Topsails mest bedårande 5-bäddshus finns att hyra! Semester i din egen privata oas av ett hem med enastående utsikt över havet och Intracoastal Waterway! Utsikten från alla tre berättelserna om detta hem är hisnande, och hissen gör tillgången till dem alla så bekvämt.

Hemmet har ~ 2 300 kvadratmeter fantastiskt ö-boende och består av 5 sovrum, 4 och 1/2 bad, vattentäta golv, rymligt matkök med granitbänk, frukostbar, med rostfria vitvaror, ett ljust och luftigt öppet golv planera med vardagsrum och matplatser, plattskärms-HDTV i varje sovrum och glöm inte havets bakgrund.

Vårt hem innehåller gott om sovrum för att bekvämt sova din familj. Med tre master-sviter och hissåtkomst till alla våningar tillgodoser det verkligen hela familjens behov. De sex utomhusdäcken (ja, det finns verkligen sex av dem) tillåter verkligen den otroliga utsikten över havet och ljudet. Fantastisk!!!

Excellent—great views, close to the ocean, an elevator for elderly parents and unloading/loading cars. I liked how the house was laid out with the number of master bedrooms. The owner was great and immediately resolved an issue we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Valentine's get away

Our group of friends enjoyed another stay at HighSeas. It is a great cottage. The weather was a little iffy at times, so we stayed in most of the time and enjoyed our time together. The elevator was a little finicky at times, and two of the dining room chairs need to be tightened up.Neither of these things detracted from the trip. We hope to stay again next year. We love this place.

Nice house but....

needs upkeep. We paid a cleaning fee but the house was not cleaned. Trash in some of the cans, sand and debris on the kitchen floors, table was sticky, many stains on the mattress pads, mold under the sink as there was no caulk between sink and counter top so water went under sink. Outdoor light was laying on the ground with electrical wires exposed. Couches are old and show alot of wear. Outdoor shower door was broken and laying in the shower area. As an owner of a rental, this place has not been kept current. Otherwise, this place would be ideal. Contacted VRBO about these issues who said they would contact the owner and get back to us. Never heard from anyone. Disappointing.

Amazing!

The property was spacious and clean plenty of room for my whole family (12 people aged 1-55). It was so kid friendly with a high chair, crib, and plenty of toys. The location was absolutely perfect with private beach access just steps away. I had trouble checking in (completely my fault) and Jon was so kind to help us and let us check in a little early. We will absolutely come stay again!

Perfect Beach House

Views from every room in the house were spectacular. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 little ones. Grandkids loved the bunkroom and the toy box. Centrally located and easy to get to restaurants, icecream, golf. The best part was that we pracically had our own private beach every day. Very clean and surpassed our expectations.

Friends Winter Topsail Weekend 2024

Our friends group has a long weekend trip every year. This is our second year at Highseas. We love the cottage. It is clean and convienent for our group of senior aged friends. We love the elevator for loading and unloading. The cottage is well equiped with just about everything for cooking and relaxing. We love the views of the ocean and the sound. Just a heads up for the owners, the handrail for the outside stairs is broken, and could cause an accident if someone is not careful when using the stairs. We used the elevator most of the time so it wasn't a big issue for us this time. Other than that all was well. We loved our stay, and hope to be back next year! Thanks!!!

A Dreamy Oasis by the Sea

Our stay at this sea-view beach house was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the sheer beauty of the location. The house perches gracefully on the edge of the beach, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean that took our breath away. The interior was as impressive as the view outside - spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured restful nights. Mornings were a delight, with the sun streaming through the windows and the soothing sound of waves as our soundtrack. Evenings on the deck, watching the sunset paint the sky with vibrant hues, felt like a dream come true. The host was a gem, welcoming us warmly and providing invaluable tips on local attractions. We spent our days building sandcastles with the kids, exploring nearby tide pools, and taking long walks along the pristine beach. This beach house exceeded our wildest vacation expectations. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in a setting that feels like it's straight out of a postcard, this is it. We left with hearts full of gratitude for such a remarkable experience and memories that will last a lifetime. We're already counting the days until our next visit to this seaside paradise!

Wonderful Beach Stay!

We loved Jon’s beautiful beach house! It was perfect for our large extended family (14 people). Ample bedrooms and beds for everyone. The elevator made loading and unloading cars a breeze and was a big part of us booking this house versus others. Large living space and very spacious kitchen for prepping and serving food. HUGE table that was perfect for crafts and board/card games. Private beach access where we left our beach chairs at the end of each day so we didn’t have to take them to/from the house each time. Truly a wonderful place! Do not hesitate to book! Jon was prompt in answering the few questions we had and we had a lovely week in North Topsail!

Friends Winter Beach Retreat

We were very pleased with High Seas. It accommodated our group of nine senior adults very well. We really liked the elevator. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The views were beautiful. We plan to return next year if it is available. We loved it!!! Just a couple of suggestions: Some mirriors in the bedrooms would be nice. For us old folks some grab bars in the bathtubs would be great. Large flatware serving spoons would be helpful in the kitchen.

Great surf fishing trip

Had a great time at the house. Was as described. Spent all of our time surf fishing in front of the house on the beach and caught lots of bluefish.

Family Reunion

The house was in a perfect location and very accommodating for our reunion in Hampstead. We were all from the Topsail Beach area and frequent Hampstead often and had not traveled across the new bridge. The house was spacious and parking was adequate. The only complaints were it had not been cleaned. The carpet was soiled and the bathrooms were not cleaned. We would like to visit the property again and with hopes it will be cleaned next time.

A slice of heaven...

This was our 2nd year coming to high seas. It's a wonderful escape from daily life. You can be as busy (great activities nearby, like kayaking or shopping) or laid back (everything you need is right there- great beach, perfect decks to hang out on) as you want. Honestly, no negatives! We're already talking about a 3rd year.

Perfect house in a perfect location

This 3 story house was perfect for our family beach get together! The easy to use elevator made taking heavy coolers & luggage into the house a breeze. The view was amazing with multiple choices of porch with many chairs. The beach was very private & easy to access. Having the bedrooms on floor 1 & 3 separated by the LR & kitchen made the napping kids & families happy. The kitchen had everything we needed & more! We will definitely plan another visit to this lovely home on North Topsail!

One of a kind vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful and we had such a great time that we didn’t want to leave. It far exceeded our expectations! The home was well equipped with necessary items in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The Roku and Wi-Fi worked great. We’ll come back in a heartbeat and recommend family and friends.

Family Beach Trip

We had a fantastic stay at Jon’s property. The location is perfect and the ocean views are incredible! The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking for a large group. There were plenty of board games and puzzles for rainy days as well. Elevator was super helpful for unloading luggage and groceries and a plus for those with mobility issues who might have issues with stairs. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

We loved the family atmosphere of Topsail Island. This property was a combination of everything we had been wanting. Fantastic views of the ocean and the intracoastal made this our dream come true.
