HostnFly offers you this charming 15 square meters studio located in the heart of Paris' 17th arrondissement.
It is perfect for a tourist or business stay and can accommodate 2 people. Perfect for a couple!
You'll be staying close to several tourist attractions and all amenities!

## Logement
My studio can accommodate 2 people and includes a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a shower room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Wifi.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.
The location of the accommodation is ideal: in the heart of the 17th district of Paris, near several sites of interest, namely: Montmartre Cemetery (13 minutes walk); the Parc Clichy-Batignolles - Martin Luther-King (15 minutes); and several museums such as: the CitĂ© de l'Ăconomie, the Cernuschi Museum and many others...
It is also located close to all amenities: various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your daily shopping, you will find an "Auchan Supermarket" at 3 minutes walk.
You will be very well served by the different transports to stroll around the city and visit the tourist sites that make the capital famous! The Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 32 minutes away by metro; the Louvre Museum is 19 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower is 25 minutes away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs ĂlysĂ©es. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.

Lines 2 and 13 (Place de Clichy station): 3 min walk.
Bus :
Line 30 (Place de Clichy station): 2 min walk.
Line 66 (Boulevard des Batignolles station): 2 min walk.
Paris-Orly airport : 35 min by car.
Gare du Nord train station : 11 minutes by car.
